Hotel quite well located, professional welcome, unfortunately the state of cleanliness of the rooms is not perfect.. we realize that there are big black stains on the duvet if we remove the cover and I do not even want to know where it comes from. Also, poor insulation regarding noise which is very disturbing when people come and go but it does not pose a problem at night. The big positive point: there is an air conditioner that can heat in winter and air condition in summer which is essential given the current weather conditions. I will still come back to this hotel if I have no choice.

A 1 week advance reservation for a new standard shower room does not guarantee the water room instead of the bathroom. The reception on site requires a call in advance, and it is necessary to state that the shower is imperative, especially for the senior client. If you do not arrive late and you will be a bad surprise in the event of a complete hotel: the room will not be renovated with a shower you booked online! The hotel is very well located, the breakfast buffet is well provided except limited selection charcuterie. I recommend the hotel for a very short stay in Labège Innopole.

I stayed in this hotel for 1N whilst travelling in Southern France, The price is reasonable, however it is commensurate with what you receive. The room I had was small, and quite dim even with all three of the lights in the room on. Additionally, I was placed next to the outside stairwell which meant throughout my stay I could hear the thud and echo of people using the stairwell, talking on it etc. I was worried this might prevent me sleeping, but actually it didn't - there was no issue. However, as I say the price was reasonable, so I would recommend using this place if you need a stop over.

We arrived late, tired, after terrible journey because of bad weather. Large carpark within the hotel compound. The young couple welcomed us, and we felt better immediately. Because we were travelling with 4 dogs we chose 2 double rooms. The hotel was a new innervation, having been open around a week. It was absolutely spotless. Still that faint odour of new paint, but not offensive. Our rooms were spotless. Comfortable beds with warm duvets, and comfortable pillows. The rooms had functioning heating/air con. All floors were lift serviced, but the stairs were marked 'accept the challenge'. Breakfast was inviting. A charming young hostess offered us choice of fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants (to die for!!!), cheese, ham, bread. The coffee machine offered a wide range of types. The weather had improved and we ate outside with our dogs. The young lady could not do enough for us. Filling your travel mug for the onward journey was encouraged. The big disappointment was I could find absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. Perfection. By far the best Ibis we have stated in.
