HR & ENGL: Bili smo 4 noci. NE VRIJEDI TE NOVCE. Za 200 eur po noci usluga treba biti dobra i ne smije stalno nesto faliti ili biti u kvaru. Ovo je realno 3 ili 3 i pol zvijezdice, a ne 5. Na kraju, ljubazno, sve naplate bez obzira na sve propuste. Nije dovoljno toplo u sobi, a glavno grijanje je na klimu koja jako suši zrak. Vanjski jacuzzi nekad ima dovoljno tople vode, a nekada nema, nekada ga samo iskljuce jer je pao snijeg, na dorucku nekad fali hrane, a i nema dovoljno vrsta hrane (skromni dorucak nikako za 5 zvijezdica ili 200 eur noc), nekad domar nasloni daske na vas balkon i zakloni pogled, pa u sobi nema secera za kavu niti zlicica... Zvucna izolacija je losa i ako iznad imate malo nemirnije ljude sve se cuje... Hrana u restoranu je prilicno skupa i svakakve kvalitete (nekada dobra, nekada losa) -ali ponovno precijenjeno. Internet je isto slab. Pec u sauni (koja se posebno naplacuje) nije ograđena pa se lako opece...i tako... sve kao ima, a sve nekako do pola. Zaposlenice na recepciji su super i trude se i dio osoblja je dobar (konobar Dominik recimo) no ovo mjesto nikako ne zasluzuje status 5 zvijezdica niti tu cijenu nocenja. Po meni... fer vrijednost je oko 40%-50% od ovoga sto naplacuju. Nije bilo uzasno lose, ali nikako ne vrijedi te novce i mi se sigurno necemo vratiti niti ikome preporuciti - za 70 eur da, za 200 nikako ne! Sretno :) IT'S NOT WORTH THAT MONEY. It is not warm enough in the room and the main heating is on the air conditioning which dries the air very much. Outdoor jacuzzi sometimes has enough hot water, and sometimes not, sometimes just turn it off because it snowed, breakfast sometimes lacks food, and not enough food (modest breakfast not for 5 stars or 200 eur night), sometimes the caretaker leans the boards on your balcony and obscure the view, so there is no coffee sugar or teaspoon in the room ... Sound insulation is bad and if you have a little more restless people above, everything can be heard ... The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and of all qualities (sometimes good, sometimes bad) - but again overpriced. The internet is also weak. The stove in the sauna (which is charged extra) is not fenced, so it burns easily ... and so ... everything is as it is, and everything is halfway. The staff at the reception are great and they work hard and part of the staff is good (waiter Dominik for example) but this place does not deserve the status of 5 stars or the price of a night. In my opinion ... the fair value is about 40% -50% of what they charge. It wasn't terribly bad, but it's not worth the money and we certainly won't go back or recommend it to anyone - for 70 eur yes, for 200 no! Good luck :)

This hotel is close to entrance No. 4, and if you enter through gate 4, you must buy tickets online. However, if you go to gate 1, you can buy it on site, and the view from gate 1 More beautiful than Gate 4.

This place feels like home. Beautiful decorated room, clean and comfortable. Garden is perfect for relaxing in the nature, and the best thing is that you can see the lake from the garden! That was really amazing. If you are going to the park, you need to walk for 5 mins and you are there. Nice breakfast. We were really surprised with this place and are very happy we came here.

We just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.

We enjoyed our stay in Etno. Our 4 year old daughter loved playing in the play area. The food was great (the only thing we had to order in advance). The breakfast was expensive but very neat and delicious. The options for vegetarian food were minimal but I didn’t complain. The apartment is spacious and the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are neat and tidy. The view from the window is fantastic. Most importantly, the staff is very kind and friendly.
