Having stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions I can honestly say you won't get better than this. The staff are super friendly and helpful with nothing too much for them. The whole atmosphere of the place is both very positive and friendly, whilst the accommodation and food cannot be beaten. Many thanks, especially to Francesca, Elisa and the hospitality team, to Erwin and his colleagues in the dining room, and of course to the housekeeping staff. All of them work extremely hard to make a stay there both welcoming comfortable.

The hotel is a bit old, the bathroom is newly renovated, relatively clean and tidy, and the room facilities are a bit old. The double bed is made up of two small beds. There is also a sofa bed, and a family of three sleeps quite spaciously. Breakfast, not too many varieties, but the quality is okay. The croissants are freshly baked and taste good. Each room has a balcony. The view from the balcony in the morning is beautiful!

In a quick step in Assisi I chose this solution and I was very good. The friendly owner just arrived and welcomed me by making me feel at home and providing me useful advice on how to organise my short stay as well as possible. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a view on the square of the railway station, and breakfast served on the ground floor offered excellent house cakes and a small corner of the salt.
