Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, essendo bassa stagione hanno fatto un upgrade della camera senza sovrapprezzo,hanno provveduto a preriscaldarla e ci hanno aiutato con la cena dato che siamo arrivati molto tardi. Ata Ali is a great option for people that are not looking to come to Petra to spend their day in the hotel but explore the lost city. The entrance to petra is a short taxi drive away. We came in pretty late and the staff was very flexible and responsive (also over whatsapp) which really helps and alleviates some pressure. The hotel is pretty fair with clean showers and bedrooms. Great value for money. The reason I will go there again is because of their amazing rooftop that you can relax on after your busy exploration in petra. The owner “Ibrahim” was there himself one night drinking morrocan tea with us. Very nice atmosphere that night.

This hotel was included in a trip organized by a local agency, stay went well and staff was friendly. I am not giving 5 stars because the temperature in the room was pretty cold even after we switched on the air conditioning, and In the morning everything was wet and humid. We couldn't open the window to change air and the bathroom was with no fan. Very nice and good breakfast with lots of sweets options as well. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

I enjoyed a basic en-suite single room, but that’s all I wanted and the price was right. The receptionists were knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to answer my questions and respond to my needs. The Jordanian style daily breakfast was plentiful and tasty. You have to drive, taxi or walk about a mile uphill from the Petra Visitor Center, but I had no issue with it (67 yrs old).
