That's a wonderful hotel! From the pick up at the airport, Judy was really kind and professional. She handled us with utmost courtesy and my whole team was in great appreciation of her. She always arranged our transport in a timely fashion and together with the driver, they made our pick ups and drop offs worry-free even at very late hours. So we surely will stay at Argyle even in the future in our many forthcoming business trips. The front desk was always helpful and catered to our needs. Mariam and Kate in particular took worked fast and at ease in a cordial fashion. They provided all necessary information for my team and made us make 3 subsequent bookings during our stay, we didn't want anything less. Of course, food was great and the service there was just amazing! Jacinta and her colleagues were so nice, my team enjoyed the food and the overall presentation of the whole buffet. Best service ever. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Safe area, clean and very nice breakfast which is made for you as like it personally. The staffs are very nice people. They do everything you would like you'd ask. ASAP! Thanks to all staff working there from the guards to chefs to the receptionist. Especially receptionist Ann and others who are working at night. I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. You guys made my vacation unforgettable.

I've already stayed three times at the swiss-belinn Nairobi hotel Nairobi, Location is great, near great malls and police station (felt safe). Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion (bacon, scambles eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit & local ones like ugali. Enjoyed always.

Unexpectedly big! ! ! I don't know if it was arranged. I have one bedroom and one living room, which has become an oversized three bedrooms and two living rooms. Clean, well-equipped apartment, including microwave, oven, refrigerator, tableware, kitchenware, pots, parking lot downstairs, security is tight, visitors need to verify their identity to enter, Nairobi apartment ceiling.

Very satisfied with the hotel, from the security guard to the front desk to the hotel manager, they are all enthusiastic and smiling. The bar and restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very convenient for eating. I was particularly touched that the beautiful woman who looked like the lobby manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. Due to language barriers, I can only simply say ”thank you”. I will stay here again when I go to Kenya next year. Thank you again!

This review is a little late, but I still have to praise the Nairobi Marriott Hotel! ! ! Because the JW Hotel in Nairobi made me fall in love with this city! ! ! This review is not exaggerated. As a person who stays in a hotel 200 days a year, I still have a little experience in staying in a hotel. First of all, I have traveled to most of Africa and stepped on countless pitfalls. The overall accommodation experience in Africa is indeed a bit sour 😜. JW is definitely cost-effective in Africa! Although Africa is not short of old luxury hotels (the prices are also eye-popping 🤐). But JW can definitely be called a new star in high-end hotels in Africa. The hotel building is a Gemini glass curtain wall with a modern architectural style. It is also a new landmark in Nairobi now (and we can proudly say that this hotel was built by our Chinese company)! ! ! 😁😁😁 The decoration and hardware maintain JW's consistent high standards and high taste, while also incorporating African style. The gifts with African characteristics in the handicraft sales area are also sold at a conscience price. It is said that they are carefully selected by big names in various African countries, and the price is very affordable. If you want to buy handicrafts and gifts, it is recommended to choose from JW first. I really feel that I am wasting time after visiting N legendary handicraft markets and flea markets. They are completely incomparable to JW. The most important thing is that the goods are genuine and you don’t have to worry about buying expensive or fake goods! ! ! (I always suspect that JW is worried that its guests will be cheated, so it specially helps guests to screen so many good things in advance), because the price is really touching, and I thought I heard it wrong several times, because it is cheaper than the market! ! ! The breakfast is very international and can basically meet the different tastes of guests from all over the world. It is recommended to go early, because there are really too many types, and you can’t taste them in a short time... 😅😅😅. There are several specialty restaurants from different countries for dinner, American steakhouse, Asian fusion cuisine, the dishes are excellent, and the decoration design is also very innovative! I really love the spa and the traditional Kenyan tendon massage opposite the hotel. I still can't leave after three consecutive massages... I strongly recommend to experience it. It's a rare relaxation during the journey. After the massage, you can definitely be fully revived! ! ! The Golden Key helped us customize the perfect travel route. We could have gone to Masai Mara to chase the Big Five of Africa and gallop across the vast African savannah... (childhood dream) Unfortunately, we caught up with the once-in-a-century flood in Kenya, so we didn't get on JW's handsome mecha tank 😂😂😂. Because the hotel has just opened, the linens are all new and the mattresses are very comfortable. The coffee downstairs is Kenyan coffee. After drinking it, I feel that the so-called Kenyan coffee I drank before is all made of beans? It is full of floral and fruity aroma, and it doesn't taste like coffee. Desserts must be eaten! ! ! Because I needed an extra bed with my baby, I mainly chose the deluxe room, which is a one-and-a-half-bedroom room with a relatively large area. The window of the inner room faces the atrium, which means there is no window and no sunlight in the room. The bathroom smells like a sewer, and I can't find the exhaust switch or feel the strong exhaust. I just made do with it for one night, but I probably won't choose it next time.

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. The Kenyan Cuisine was what we missed and needed. The staff were respectful and helpful when we needed help. The hotel is close to the mall making it convenient to shop around. Until next time
