We loved this service apartment! It is nice and comfortable, the beds were good and we slept very well. The location of this apartment is convenient as the bus stop is just a few steps away, we were also able to walk to most tourists attractions. The apartment has everything we needed, the host were helpful and responsive, we would stay here if we come to Salzburg again

Very nice spacious and very practical room. Large bathroom. No air conditioning but fan. Quiet. No reception on site so do the Check before. Difficult internet on site. 30 mins walk from the city center. Possible to make coffee and tea in the room and several supermarkets nearby. Access to the building is not very warm.

The apartment was very clean. Communication with Gabi was excellent and quick. Location ideal with public buses and restaurants nearby. Bicycles also free of charge available at the apartment. Short walking distance from downtown. Very quiet location. I would rent again and highly recommend to everyone.

All good. Clean and nice apartment, easy downtown reaching with public transport, easy check in. But one big bug: the reservation was for an apartment with conditioned air, it was not true: only two (old) fans. The apartment was very hot at night, the fans wasn't enough, it wasn't possible to keep the windows open, because it wasn't safe being at ground floor; under the linens, on the mattress, there was a plastic protection that made the bed like an oven. Very difficult nights. At the end of our holiday we wrote to the direction about this incongruity, and consequent difficulty, no answer. It's a pity: a very good structure, a potentially wasteful service.

The rooms had stylish furniture and an excellent shower. The breakfast was small, but absolutely fine, well at least I didn’t have any complaints and didn’t miss anything👍 The location is super because it has a bus stop on the opposite side and everything was within walking distance.

A lovely quiet location opposite the zoo and Hellbrunn Palace, and a bus ride direct to Salzburg or a short ride the opposite direction for the cable car. A lovely hotel with a fab view over the mountains from the back. Only downside for maybe a solo traveller is that there is no reception but on hand via whattsapp. Restaurant is not attached but def worth a visit as the food was wonderful. Not too far from other hotels and we found a couple of nice restaurant/bars.

And the serenade of slamming doors, courtesy of the paper-thin walls, provided me with the thrill of a lifetime. The room was tiny, it could barely fit myself, let alone my luggage. As for cleanliness, well, dust and spiderwebs on the ceiling, is just part of the vintage ambiance, isn't it? And parking, oh yes, that's a fun adventure. If you're lucky, you might get one of the three on site parking spaces. Otherwise, brace yourself for a lovely souvenir - a parking ticket. In summary, if you're after a one-night stay in a Instagram worthy Hotel, Numa Maximilian is your wonderland. But if you value serene nights and a germ-free environment, perhaps consider investing a tad more and stay elsewhere.
