For me as a traveler in 4 to 5 star hotels, this is a new experience and disappointment, which is partly due to the fact that I did not read through the many notifications and links individually and therefore did not know that there were bath and hand towels. So my fault! It's just that I'm a business traveler under time pressure and don't have the time to deal with it. Conclusion: not suitable for me.
Furthermore, when I booked I received an electronic receipt but not sufficient for accounting. When I asked the hotel I received an invoice which differed by €71.16. Payment €247.74 Invoice €176.58. The invoice would be BH compliant but the amount does not match the payment!
Conclusion: I tried in vain for hours today to get a correct invoice from the hotel. It's fine with me that the difference is for Trip.com, but the fact that I don't get a usable receipt from either party is beyond criticism and not suitable for me.
Hotel room:
I was allowed to meet a bug in the bathroom. Seen in the photo. I don't have to take photos of the mold in the shower, it's still there! If you open the bathroom window there are lots of cobwebs in the window rebate. Also doesn't speak for proper cleaning
Conclusion: It's no fun to sleep in a ****hole.
I can only advise against this hotel for hygiene reasons and trip.com for accounting reasons.
