"The room size is medium, and the single bed isn't very big, but the bathroom is quite spacious with a bathtub and a separate shower/toilet area. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet. There's an elevator and windows that can be opened. They provide complimentary apples, drinking water, sparkling water, and a kettle. It's very close to the train and bus stations, and there are three supermarkets nearby."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal, and ten minutes to Mirabell Palace. I was assigned a room on a higher floor, so the view was quite nice. The minibar being included in the room rate was a pleasant surprise! Luggage storage was convenient. It's a shame the outdoor terrace wasn't open in the evening, otherwise I could have enjoyed the city night view."

"The hotel is conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk from the station and 15 minutes from Mirabell Palace. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the front desk service was very nice. However, there's a critical issue: when I booked a comfortable double room, the pictures showed a bathroom with a wet/dry separation. In reality, the bathroom (as shown in image two) had no partition at all. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would be wet, making it very inconvenient to use the toilet at night."

"The main advantages of this hotel are its location, relatively close to the train station, and the housekeeping staff. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the cleaner was pleasant. Otherwise, it's pretty mediocre. The price is definitely inflated for this type of hotel. Breakfasts are extremely sparse with very little choice. The juice is undrinkable; it's some kind of watery concoction from a machine. Black tea wasn't available; you had to ask staff for it. There were unpopular herbal teas (chamomile, anise) and rooibos, which are more for niche tastes. There was a 15-minute queue at reception, even though we had pre-filled the online check-in form. I do not recommend!"

Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language. Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel. I would recommend it, good value! Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark."

"Environment: The location is incredibly beautiful. There's a lake and a mountain next to the hotel, allowing for strolls around the lake and hiking. It's a great option for a two or three-day stay if you have the time. Transportation: There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, but we drove, so I can't share my experience using public transportation. Parking is free at the hotel, and it's only about a 15-minute drive to Saburg, and about 30 minutes to the nearby German town. The scenery along the way is truly stunning. Service: The front desk and breakfast staff were unfriendly. There was a coffee machine and water in the lobby, but the staff said they were private and we couldn't drink them. This was the only hotel out of five I stayed in during my European trip that didn't provide water, which was a very disappointing experience. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, a spa (I tried to schedule it twice but it didn't work out), and a gym, but I didn't use it. Cleanliness: The room was large, luxuriously furnished, and very clean and tidy."

"Salzburg is a ok town. Until you show up to the Schloss. What do they have? Great pool. Grab a couple aperol spritzes and go for an underwater breathing competition. Great breakfast. Skip the serve it yourself buffet and Order an omelette and some crepes. Great town. Take the elevator and walk to La Stella. Order the bolognese, the feta cheese pizza, and the tiramisu. Drink wine and take the long way back. Draw a bath, walk around in the robe, and fall asleep reading. Salzburg is now your favorite town."

"This hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, right on the train station square. They offer guests a free transportation card, which is great for taking the 150 bus to Bad Ischl for free. To get to the lake district, you just take the 150 bus from the station square to Bad Ischl and transfer to another line there. I stayed here for four nights straight."

"The location is super central, less than a 10-minute walk to the train station and major attractions like Mirabell Palace and Mozart's Birthplace. The front desk staff were quite friendly. The breakfast was just an "Easy breakfast," meaning only bread and drinks were available. However, the quality of the bread was excellent."
