"Easy check in, but with a lot of information needed. I just write the essentials and that’s it. Location is superb, 3min walking distance to the Train station. This hostel also has its own PAID luggage storage at the back of the lobby. I did mine at the train station. Yes, you are given the bedsheets and pillow case. You would have to do your own. Thankfully we are not required to bring it down during checkout. Thankfully for my room and bed, the USB port and light is working. There isn’t any air-conditioning, but it gets cooler at night. Be sure to prepare ear plugs because of noisy vehicles outside the windows. Cleanliness is ok. But there are still dust and dirt and old rubbish below the beds. If not, it is a rather good stay for its location"

"Booked a bit late so didn't really have many choices in Salzburg. But I was surprised by the service and cleanliness of the room. I messaged the hotel directly to ask for direction from the station and was told to take Obus No 2. It was easy to get there with the pre-arrange Salzburg Mobility Card. Location wise it is not near to the station of Ler the main area. But it is ok since there is couple of supermarkets nearby (Billa, EuroSpar and Aekshea - Asian mart). The bottled water is only 1 per stay. Free flow of tap water is highly recommended."

"My husband and I stayed at numa Salzburg and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything felt fresh, cozy, and well thought out. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the location was great for exploring the city. The only downside was the check-in process. numa operates without on-site staff, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the registration link in advance. It took us about 30 minutes to sort things out and finally get access to our room, which was a bit stressful after a long journey. That said, once we settled in, everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay and are okay with self-service check-in, numa Salzburg is a fantastic choice. Just make sure to get your check-in info beforehand!"

"The staffs were helpful and the receptionist Aleksandr and Tom were very friendly . İ recomend this hotel to everyone especially about the location ıt is two minutes to central train station and you can find ant buses to centre or to the other stops . Hotel was clean and there was Mozart Chocolate for my son and me. Thanks for nice two nights and three days 💕"

"Clean big apartment, great wifi connection but just realized if the bathroom only inside the bedroom. Normally there is the shower in the bathroom, but just the toilet. So its not perfect for family room, perfect for couple"

"Wasn't expecting much, besides a safe place to stay, but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was lovely and had all the amenities that we needed. Staff was extremely friendly on arrival and helped us with parking and drinks in the bar. After checking out I came back to the hotel to ask if they had a take-away spoon and the gent at the counter happily got 2 different options for me. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely stay there again."

"The room is small, but very close to the train station, it is very convenient to take the bus and take the train, the walk is eight minutes, it is convenient to go anywhere, the elevator 🛗 is very small, only two people can add luggage"

"What an exquisite hotel in central location. So much history with this hotel. The Staff all went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed and great information on places to visit etc. The breakfast was fantastic we were spoilt for choice just disappointed i couldn’t try it all. The staff were wonderful making sure we had all we wanted and if we wanted more, especially the the lady in charge what a welcoming smile. The dinning room was beautifully layed and ai so inviting.
