The room is quite dusty. Especially the remote control… but the location is very good and strategic. View is nice! Amenities wise is basic, but it’s sufficient for me.
It started snowing the next day and the scenery is so beautiful~

Nice clean modern hotel. Room met our requirements for the stay. The breakfast was nice with a good selection and awesome views from the 15th floor. Decent Billa supermarket nearby and some reasonable places to eat in close proximity.

Very nice and great hotel. Convenient for those traveling using public transport. Located just 100 meter from Salzburg Main Train station. Restaurant and city centre and Old Town just walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly and have good knowledge as well. Provided and topup every day on cola, juice and chocolate in room freezer.

Great location,nearby transport hub,train and buses,and easy access to all attraction.View from the floor and window is superb.The complimentary drinks and snacks really nice and the also gave Salzburg card for free.Greatly recommended.

The hotel is located nearby the Salzburg central station. The breakfast was nice and with a good variety of food. What impressed me a lot was that the drinks offered in the room’s mini bar were all free of charge.

Hotel Review Summary (Stay: 4–7 Sep 2025)
Location:
Excellent — conveniently near both bus and train stations. A bit of a distance from town, but easily accessible.
Room:
First night was unpleasant due to a faulty air conditioner. Despite four complaints to the front desk, no one came to assist. The next morning, staff member Abdullah personally checked and confirmed the AC issue after I also complain to trip.com. I also wanted to speak to the duty manager or front office manager but was brush off. A technician attempted repairs but failed, and the room (502) remained warm until we was moved to room 507 on the second evening. The first night was uncomfortable, requiring use of a personal handheld fan.
Staff:
• Abdullah (Front Desk): Very helpful and proactive.
• Breakfast Team (small, short lady): Friendly and attentive.
Both left a strong POSITIVE impression.
Other Notes:
• Complimentary minibar refilled daily.
• Final two nights were comfortable and enjoyable after the room change.
Overall:
Rough start due to poor AC response, but service recovery by Abdullah and good staff made the rest of the stay pleasant.
