Spacious and clean bedroom. Bed was comfortable and linen used are of good quality.
Location is good. Near to most of the major tourist attractions with access to public transport and convenient shops within mins of walking from hotel. Breakfast spread served have good selection and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. There's a nice and cozy outdoor patio/ garden on ground floor that is designated for smokers. Liked the rooms having windows that allowed you to open up when you prefer to let fresh air for ventilation. The overall interior of the hotel looks new and pretty. Enjoyed my entire stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Arte hôtel is very convenient. It takes only five mins from Salzburg, Hauptbahnhof station. But the cleaning should be improved. You can see dirty tissue on the floor🫠 However, the sauna room is quite good 🤭

This hotel is super convenient for layovers and short trips. The free mini-bar was a lovely touch, and being able to check-in early to get the free transport card was a huge bonus!

Excellent in every way, just a bit pricey. You also get access to the huge commercial gym next door, which is a big plus. The location is super convenient; you can see the train station right from the hotel, but the soundproofing is so good you can't hear the trains at all.

This was my second stay here. Just like last time, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making for a very comfortable visit.
This time I booked the cheapest room, so I was on a lower floor, but I didn't find it inconvenient at all. I actually enjoyed watching the trains go by on the tracks next door.
The breakfast was as delicious as I remembered from my last visit. From the 15th-floor restaurant, the weather was beautiful, and I had a clear view of the distant mountains.
It was very hot during my stay, but the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool.
The room itself was functional and easy to use, though it didn't come with a coffee cup or kettle. We brought our own water heater, but it looked like you could buy coffee and other drinks from the vending machines on the first floor if you needed something.
The coke, beer, and sparkling water in the mini-fridge were complimentary.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Arte Hotel Salzburg. The location is excellent—right next to the main train station, making it perfect if you’re arriving by train or planning day trips. The Old Town is a pleasant walk away, so it’s still easy to explore the city.
The real hidden gem is the Sky Bar. It offers breathtaking panoramic views over Salzburg, especially at sunset and in the evening. The cocktails were great, and breakfast is also served there, making it a fantastic way to start the day. I’d definitely recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors to make the most of the views.
The only downside was the communication regarding the complimentary Salzburg public transport pass. We were told at check-in that the hotel would provide it, but despite asking three more times during our stay, we never received it. It was disappointing as we had planned to use it for getting around the city. I hope the hotel can improve this process for future guests.
Overall, it’s a modern, well-located hotel with spectacular views, and I’d happily stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely awful. From the outside, it looks quite nice, and the breakfast view is good, but the overall management is worse than a domestic 3-star hotel.
The tissue I dropped on the floor wasn't cleaned for three days. You can visibly see dust on the doorknobs and headboard. Can you even imagine the hygiene situation here? This kind of hotel doesn't even provide slippers; do you dare walk barefoot?
Secondly, when we checked in, there were clearly two staff members present, but only one was handling the check-ins. We waited for nearly 30 minutes.
This negative review is very real, and I have photos to prove it.
