Salzburg is a ok town. Until you show up to the Schloss. What do they have? Great pool. Grab a couple aperol spritzes and go for an underwater breathing competition. Great breakfast. Skip the serve it yourself buffet and Order an omelette and some crepes. Great town. Take the elevator and walk to La Stella. Order the bolognese, the feta cheese pizza, and the tiramisu. Drink wine and take the long way back. Draw a bath, walk around in the robe, and fall asleep reading. Salzburg is now your favorite town.

The front desk also lent us a package ticket, which allows us to take the elevator to the commercial street for free and take the castle's cable car for free. The wonderful staff and service are worthy of a five-star hotel, and the luxurious, spacious, and easy-to-use rooms and facilities are such that it even had a washlet, which is rare in Europe.

This hotel is beautiful with breathtaking views of Salzburg in our rooms. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable and very well appointed. It sits on top of a hillside park of Salzburg. Walks were beautiful. The staff was outstanding in every way. So helpful and eager to assist in whatever you need. Made our stay so enjoyable.

This hotel was perfection. The room was beautiful, the Glass Garden was delicious, but most importantly, the staff were impeccable. I wish I had written down her name, but the woman with the glasses was amazing. She anticipated our needs. We asked about travel to a Christmas market and when we returned later that day, she had printed us tickets and the bus schedule. Highly recommend.

Immediately they showed us hospitality, taking our bags to our rooms and bringing us a glass of complimentary champagne. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the stay felt luxurious. It was very easy to go down to the old town using the complimentary lift passes. If I’m ever in Salzburg again, I will be staying here again.
