Am Neutor Hotel Salzburg Zentrum

I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was run-down and not clean. The breakfast buffet was appealing and good. Parking was available in the hotel courtyard.

There were hairs on the towels and the cleaning was not good, but the location was good and the room was comfortable

The room was so small you could barely turn around, even though it was supposed to be a "comfort room." The furniture was uniform but ancient. The mattress was incredibly soft. The result: back pain! The bathroom had only been renovated with the bare minimum of materials and looked dingy. There were cracks in the sink and stains on the bathroom furniture. It was unbearably hot and stuffy in the room, with only a poorly functioning fan. The window couldn't be opened, even at night, due to constant street noise. It was awful and completely overpriced (even during the festival season). A youth hostel is definitely more comfortable and pleasant. The photos on the website showed the rooms were idealized. Never again!!!

There was absolutely no air conditioning. We only realized how unbearable it was in such hot weather when we checked in. We checked out after half an hour and rented a hotel with air conditioning nearby. The hotel wouldn't refund our booking fee.

The location is good for this price. The facilities are old, and there are many Chinese people living there, and the attitude is simple and cold. Maybe it's because there are too many Chinese people living there. I don't understand the language and I'm impatient to ask a few questions. I wanted to ask about kettles and slippers, etc., and think about it and forget about it. The lobby is as small as a small convenience store. Elderly people have to move to the restaurant inside if they want to sit on the sofa. I don’t understand what it means. If I want to make money from Chinese people, I think the service needs to be improved. I stayed in the hotel for more than a month. This is the worst one.

The lady at the reception was unfriendly, the hotel was fine for one night.

It was comfortable that the shower, sink, and toilet were separated. The front desk staff was kind enough to help us with any items we left behind on the train. It was convenient because it was close to tourist spots.
