Room was nice and clean staff were friendly only issue was our room had fire exit door which joined to another room where a family were staying was woken up by people being loud in hallway at 2 am and was kept up all night from a baby crying as door was very thin and could hear everything
The room is fairly clean. It is a student dormitory in the university, but it is located on the outskirts of Dublin City. The neighborhood is relatively deserted and there are not many surrounding facilities. Travelling is troublesome. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the bus station.

We were greeted by friendly staff member when we got there ( dark haired lady) who said it was too early to check in but we could leave our bags with her and she said to try around 2pm as we got there just after 1pm due to an early morning flight.
The room was very clean and spacious, exactly as it looked in the photos advertised and the apartment was definitely soundproof.
The location was easy to find and walking distance to the city centre.
We didn't have any issues during our stay apart from the room was a little too warm and the air con system didn't blow out much cold air.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend or visit again !

Day 1: room not clean, hair looked like animal fur over the pillow and even kitchen scissors. Empty shower gel. 4 crawling insects throught the night kept us awake. It looked like room wasn't serviced before we moved in. The next day we spoke to a kind man at the reception who happily changed the room for us. The room was so clean, mattress and sheets seemed fresh, well stocked room. Wish we had spoken to him the night before to get a different room. Day 2 was fantastic!

The place is in a great location but the keys to the room are supposed to be picked up in a different location that is quite far from the hotel. The staff is supposed to be multilingual but when we called for help to get the keys we got unlucky and had someone over the phone that struggled with English (in Ireland..).
The place is overall very clean but the decorative pillows don’t seem to get washed.
It’s ok for a brief stay, not for a long one as there’s not wardrobe. Nowhere to store anything or at least put the luggage.
Also, the kitchen has silverware and mugs but nothing to clean them.
For this price, I was expecting a little bit more attention to details.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was spacious and I really loved having a kitchen—it made the stay very comfortable. It's also nice that it's located right next to a Tesco, which is super convenient for picking up snacks and essentials. The location isn't the most central for visiting tourist spots, and the surrounding area felt a bit uneasy at times due to the presence of homeless individuals sleeping nearby. That said, I didn't encounter any major safety issues. Staff were moderately helpful. One thing to note: if you message via WhatsApp, you'll likely interact with an AI first before reaching a real person. It works, but it takes a little patience. Considering the price, the value is acceptable—especially if you appreciate space and the ability to cook your own meals.

SShirley TsaoIt’s a lovely apartment style hotel. We booked a studio room and were very impressed by the thoughtful design of the room. The kitchenette was very well equipped with everything you’d need to make a simple meal. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the location was great, close to public transport and city centre. The only downside for us, a small imperfection, was the sheets actually didnt fit the bed completely and the bed moves a little, so we find ourselves having to fix the sheets and the bed everyday. Hopefully they can fix this going forward.
Friendly staff ,room is clean and tidy. located near to the city centre just on the other side of the river, apartments look quite new with good security.
Spacious room, comfortable bed and we came back after check out to use the shower in the gym. Fantastic service at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed the location — just a 12-minute walk to the Guinness Museum and only 2 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The area is lovely and quiet, with huge halls since it’s a student apartment-style building. The room itself was clean but a bit tight for two people. It would be great if the hotel provided free adapters — something to keep in mind when packing! Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We ordered dinner via Uber Eats and had a great time eating in the large shared kitchen/dining room on our floor. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!
GGuest UserThe apartment is super close to the train station which was really handy for us! We had an early train and the staff made the early check out process super easy. We were worried about the noise of the train being a problem but the train sounds were very quiet. We were also worried about being above a pub that it would be noisy, again not a problem. The oven and cooking amenities in the apartment weren’t available for use for our stay. We only had a short stay and so this didn’t bother us, but could see how it would be frustrating for a longer stay if you planned on using them.
The property is conveniently located in the city center, offering easy access to all your travel needs and meeting all your accommodation requirements in the city. The staff are friendly and attentive, and we will definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient. It is in the city center and it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the big pillars. It is very safe to live in a typical student dormitory. There is a public kitchen where you can cook. The bed is a bit small for Chinese people, so it can be accommodated by one person.
