I accidentally discovered this hotel and started to worry whether the rooms were too old. In fact, the quality of the hotel rooms is very good and the management of the hotel is also very good. Check-in and check-out are very fast and the staff's service makes people feel warm and comfortable. A pretty nice hotel.

All staff that we met during our stay were really friendly, kind and helpful. We had an executive suite and an apartment and both were very comfortable & clean.

We visited in march and was welcomed in early so we was able to check in at 12m rather than 3pm which was a bonus! The place was clean and tidy. It was in a great location with shops, pubs and restaurants surrounding. It was also close to the aviva, about a 5 minute walk. Couldn't recommend enough and will be returning!

I loved my stay, my suite was very comfortable, quite and the cleanliness was excellent. My only complaint was the TV not enough stations, Netflix should be installed and guests given the option to pay if they want to use it. Also in the kitchen, it was impossible to reach for utensils etc in the cupboards had to use a swivel chair to reach up which was dangerous. a small foot stool would be great, otherwise i enjoyed my stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cant really fault anything. Great location, clean, friendly service, didn't have any tea/coffe in room, but did have kettle and cups. Also reception had a coffee machine and fridge, so no complaints from me. Would be useful to have late checkout available.

Know this accommodation well and on this occasion very disappointed .. On arrival, we were asked to pay for the accommodation despite having prepaid at their request 2 days earlier. I told them that we had paid but the staff member requested payment a number of times. Eventually he took our word for it. The room we got was cold on arrival and the air conditioning system noisy so we only had it running for a short time. We requested a double room but got 2 single beds made up separately and basically shoved together. The room was shabby with damage and stains on the carpet. This I was not a hotel, but is in a great location. However it is not being maintained properly, not being staffed properly and is overpriced for an upmarket guesthouse. Pity - it used to be great ..

Excellent location near Dublin port only 20mins away.
Cleanliness excellent .Beautiful apartment.Staff so friendly and helpful.
Would definetely recommend and will stay again.

I did not stay here, but I paid for my Aunt and Uncle to, and they really liked the room, and had no complaints other than there not being food on site (or even nearby, I think). But there's a kitchen, so one could make their own I suppose.
