"I stayed at Russell Court Hotel and overall had a decent experience. The hotel was very clean with everything well polished and tidy. As many reviews mentioned, there are clubs below so it is noisy at night. I had expected this beforehand and I am a heavy sleeper so it did not bother me too much. The hotel even provides earplugs which is a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were polite although they did not have a spare comb when I asked. The lift is extremely small and only really fits two people at a time. This is something to keep in mind if you are travelling as a family or with lots of luggage. The room itself was clean although the bathroom felt extremely outdated. It was functional but the taps were oddly reversed. The hot tap was cold and the cold tap was hot. On the positive side the room had UK plug sockets and USB ports which was very convenient. Overall it was a clean and practical stay if you are prepared for the nightlife noise and do not mind some dated features."

"Hotel location is very good, travel is particularly convenient. The door is the bus stop and the light rail station, 10 minutes to the city center. The door is the Lifei River, the scenery is beautiful and pleasant. In fact, you can walk to the city center, 20 minutes. The room is small, but clean enough, used to very warm. The restaurant is good, there is a Hong Kong-born girl who will speak Chinese, there is an Indian brother who is particularly enthusiastic, the service is particularly good, and the experience is unforgettable."

"Ahhhh, you must make arrangements in advance. It’s really expensive at the last minute. The environment is pretty good. The first floor is a public area with a kitchen for use. You can make your own coffee. There is a storage for large items on the first floor. room (free but not responsible for loss) and a paid storage locker similar to a courier locker. The room has an independent bathroom, which is okay. Bath towels can be rented one by one. I didn't see any slippers. The location is relatively convenient, and you can go to surrounding attractions and supermarkets. The front desk is very friendly, hahaha"

"Being after decades in Dublin again I realized the city has changes, seriously changed. Staying in the docklands therefore was a new experience. And actually I loved it. Yep, it is a 30 minute walk to the city center, so for those who want to be right within the action, this hotel is not for you. But those who enjoy taking a nice walk along the river Liffey will enjoy it. I also liked the quietness around the hotel, no party noise. The room was clean. Well, it is not a flashy hotel or room, but it has everything one needs. Price wise a fair deal, considering the crazy prices in Dublin. Nice breakfast made it easy to gain all the power needed for the stroll to the city ;) and the staff is competent, professional and helpful. I would chose the hotel anytime again."

"Efficient and helpful staff at the checkin counter as well at the entrance desk. Concierge area is so beautifully decorated and looks warm and cozy. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance to the bus stops of Dublin Express. Right in the city centre, walking distance to the river and plenty of food choices. The horse carriages often pass by the road in front of the hotel. If I ever visit Dublin again, I will book this hotel again."

"Apart from excellent location, the service rendered by the staffs was impeccable. I wld like to specially highlight a few names namely Emily and Anna from Front Desk, both were patient, friendly and cheerful and always going out of their way to help with any queries we have. Another person is Ms Marcello from F&B who is amicable and always chatting with us during our breakfast. Last but no least, Samson and his brother, both from Security team who are always ready to assist with older guests who had problems lifting their luggages up the flight of steps to the lift landing. Overall we stayed 8 nights and it has been an amazingly awesome experience that made us feel very welcomed. Kudos to the team for their warm hospitality and bringing the Holiday Inn Express brand to a higher level. Keep up your excellent work. Cheers!"

"The hotel rooms are quite good, with complete facilities, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, which is really great. The hair dryer and air conditioner are very easy to use. The service attitude of the sister the day before yesterday was also very enthusiastic and down-to-earth. This is a hotel worth recommending."

"I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. The room was clean and featured a mini-fridge, which was useful for keeping drinks cool. However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection lacked variety, and the quality didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the lobby area felt cramped during peak times, making it less inviting for relaxation. While the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, improvements in breakfast offerings and lobby comfort would enhance the overall guest experience."

"The chapel experience was quite nice, but there is only one shared toilet for more than 20 people, the same for man and women. Dim lights make the room quite private, we didn't see anyone, however beds are very close to each other so you can hear people snore and your bed shakes if someone staying in the pod next to you climbs on the bed. Moreover, as it's dark in the room, people obviously make more noise walking and getting ready in the morning. The top pod is much smaller than the bottom one as it needs to fit the chapels ceiling. The toilets were clean but very busy, the free breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly."
