Yes, it's technically within the rules, but there should be humane treatment for tourists; the hotel has lost its reputation over such a small fee!"

"The only disappointment was that I couldn't get the room with a bathtub I wanted because I made a same-day reservation and they were already fully booked that day. However, the front desk and other staff were very polite and pleasant, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was attentive to every detail. It was a stylish and lovely hotel. I thought the water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but it was separated by a large glass window so water didn't splash around and it was easy to use. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well!"
