The food was fantastic but everything is about 6 times the price. The service was great also but in comparison to other 5 star hotels it could of done with some work for example the it was my first time in the spa area and I didn't really get very good directions as to where everything was such as in the Marker hotel I was greeted, given a tour and treated as a king which is what you should expect from first class service.

We flew into Dublin T1, arriving 12:30 and caught the 784 bus - the stop is literally outside the terminal. A quick and efficent journey straight to Charlotte Way, across the road and into Camden Court for lunch. The hotel staff were friendly, but what really blew us away was the goats cheese salad ..... WOW... sadly we didn't stay at the hotel, but instead caught a 5 minute cab ride to our hotel...

Amazing service at first arrival the doors were opened and I was greeted with very friendly staff who treated me with the utmost respect. The food was delicious as far as fine dining goes. The steak order was mixed up however we were given a new steak and complimentary drinks which was a nice gesture for a small mistake. We had massages and they were the best massages I have ever had in my life. We were given a tour of all the facilities and I really enjoyed my experience overall.

Definitely recommend the theatre package, bed, breakfast and pre theatre dinner, then pickup by taxi to show, taxi back to hotel also, plus tickets to a show. Will definitely be coming back, staff were so friendly and helpful and even though our room wasn’t air conditioned, it had two fans which we couldn’t have survived without

Location was fantastic. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff friendly and engaging. Was going away for a one night break to Dublin from 2 small kids and we were hoping for a restful night. However, a noisy fan in the bathroom prevented that. It sounded like someone was vacuuming the room all night. The reception sent a very nice person to the room, but couldn't fix the issue, he also agreed that the noise was very loud but that maintenance were unavailable until the morning. It was very disappointing for us and we left the hotel more tired than when we arrived. When you pay hard earned money and look forward to your break, I feel compelled to highlight this issue as it was the opposite of what we hoped for from our break.

Very comfortable hotel, 15 minutes walk from the center, large and very comfortable rooms, Irish buffet breakfast and very quiet. At first I had my doubts because of the proximity of the train but without problems, you can't hear it. Total satisfaction and from the Dublin Georges Quay Ulster Bank bus stop, it takes about 10 minutes to walk.

It's a great experience every time. Stayed in a small room which was well planned and the space was more than adequate for me. Should suit a couple in a short stay as well. Great breakfast with Catherine turning it into an awesome one by bringing some double espressos from outside of the area. Checkin and checkout were fast and precise. The only issue was with the parking (no receipt given / doors wouldn't open / help intercom did not work), which did work at the end, but it has to improve to match what's expected from Spencer.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI think this will be a nice stay once their remodel is done, but wait until then.
When booked initially, the reservation was for the Hard Rock Hotel. About a week and a half before I arrived, NYX acquired the building. We received no notification about this from either business. The hotel was slightly outdated and undergoing the beginnings of redecoration. The staff seemed to either be hired by NYX and unfamiliar with the hotel or previous employees who were unfamiliar with the new management’s policies. For example, the manual chain lock on my door had been disabled in both of our rooms and the staff at the desk didn’t seem to understand how it had happened. They did move me to a room with a working manual lock immediately, but didn’t seem to understand why I felt the need for one as a single woman in the room and assured me that the staff would respect my privacy. The person in the other room in our booking also had his disabled but didn’t want to bother moving. The next day, housekeeping barged into his room without waiting for an answer to her knock. The person inside was just finishing dressing.
Other than that, it’s just little things that haven’t yet been worked out in the management change. For example their card scanners in the rooms and elevators seem to be new and still finicky, and the person at reception hadn’t read the laundry policy on the NYX laundry slips in the rooms. The slips specified it would be back by 6pm if picked up by 8am, but she said it might be the next day. She also had me bring the laundry down to the reception desk when the slip said it would be picked up. The staff was actually really great and when I pointed it out I did get same day laundry; it seemed like a new management miscommunication.
Overall, I’d recommend staying here after they’ve had a chance to settle and remodel. They were already starting to take down the Hard Rock decorations and I suspect they will also redo the older and brightly colored carpets and walls. Since we didn’t receive any notifications about the new management and redecorating, I’m not sure there will be one about that either.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed for 5 nights at this facility, the room was compact as we expected but had a compact well equipped kitchen, a king size bed and compact shower. It suited our purposes perfectly, we were able to go to a TESCO Express that was nearby and make some of our own meals. It was a short walk to Trinity College and many other venues we wanted to visit. Special mention: Friendly and Helpful Staff especially Natalia who we met when we first arrived and saw every evening of our stay; and Marcus who saw us many mornings, always smiling and saying ”Good Morning”. If again in Dublin we will definitely stay there again.

HHutsulka KsenyaWe had a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel on Parnell Street. Though we couldn’t check in a couple of hours early upon our noon arrival, late in the evening when we checked in, we appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter—balloons, chocolates, and wine were a lovely touch. The room was clean and quite spacious, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The central location is excellent for exploring the area. The hotel’s lobby decorated for Christmas made the place looking festive. We’re hoping to enjoy the breakfast before we check out!

IIrish Global TrotterI recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Suites Ballsbridge, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is ideal, situated in the charming and upscale Ballsbridge area, offering easy access to Dublin's city centre and various attractions. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The fully equipped kitchen in the suite was a fantastic feature, allowing for convenient self-catering. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Dublin.
Overall, Premier Suites Ballsbridge exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Dublin.

GGuest UserOur group of 25 is on a Grand Tour of Ireland from the US. So glad that Cassidy’s was our first hotel stop. Beautifully renovated, it is a cozy, elegantly appointed hotel in the heart of Dublin. We had a delicious dinner and huge breakfast served in a private room. We walked through the fine dining restaurant, Six, to get to our meals. Six is seriously one of the most romantic restaurants I’ve seen. Many couples were enjoying the muted chandelier lighting, marble fireplace, fresh flower bouquets and fine cuisine (Note the 5 pieces of silverware on both sides of a plate.) My solo room on the ground floor was cool and inviting. It’s worth noting that, once inside the room you must insert your room key card into a 3x5 white electrical box that enables you to turn on the lights in the room. This was new to me and I walked back to the front desk to ask if the power was out. Simple instructions on the wall or given with your card might have saved a few folks from trekking back to the front desk. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent exercise room. Wether In a group of 25 or just two, you will enjoy the level of service given at Cassidy’s Hotel.

FFINTANHotel location good just off main street -however be careful here with drug pushers, pick pockets etc-this part of town not so celebrious! Hotel new and trendy with bar in lobby area very nice -room nice was afraid as on first floor ( had requested a high floor) would be noisy but was soundproof. Maybe not a great view but made up for by location. No shelf space in room or wardrobe-so no good for long stay -trendy but not functional-chair too low for desk etc. No tooth brush etc in bathroom but nice bathroom although small. Lighting in room good but just three pin sockets ( no international sockets) -so bring an adaptor . Had issues with internet so went to reception 3am -man called Issac( Receptionist) extremely helpful and fixed the issues with my laptop to adjust to Hotel wi-fi. Overall a great stay but very expensive for what you get.

GGuest UserWe stayed at The Hendrick Smithfield for a long weekend. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin on foot. The rooms were small but clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. But our absolute highlight was the staff, especially Eibh from the reception. She had the coolest tips for our stay and was super helpful and lovely. She knows all the best places and interesting background information about all of them. Thank you for making our trip even cooler!

MMa Ka ChuenI recently stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore the area. Just a short 15-minute bus or train ride away, I found myself in the vibrant Temple Bar district, which is known for its lively atmosphere and cultural attractions.
The hotel itself is brand new and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable room size that provided a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the shopping center situated right outside the hotel. It features an Irish supermarket, which was incredibly handy for picking up snacks and essentials during my trip.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was very positive. The combination of its prime location, modern amenities, and affordability makes it a great choice for travelers. I was impressed by the value I received for the price, and I plan to stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend considering this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

GGuest UserLovely budget hotel about 20 mins walk from Temple Bar area. Upon arrival nothing was too much and a warm welcome from Diana , giving us a coffee as we had come in on an early morning flight. Rooms were clean and basic. Comfortable bed , lovely clean shower room with powerful shower. A bit tight for room but it was only a base to get our heads down and change. There is a vending machine for morning coffee … easy walk into town… just follow the tram tracks , and easy for the Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery. Excellent value for money if you’re going to be spending most of your time away from the hotel , but comfortable enough to unwind for a few hours too.
