We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. A great place. You can cook. Although the space is not big, the location is definitely worth the price. The room is small but complete. I recommend staying here with friends.

The location is super convenient for city walks to Rainbow Street, the church, and supermarkets. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for cooking as it had basic supplies like oil and black pepper, plus a dishwasher. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic! Just remember that in Iceland, you need to bring your own toiletries and slippers, and there's no razor. Luckily, the supermarket is very close.

You check in at the hotel reception across the street, and they'll give you the main entrance and room codes. The room is in the attic, but there's an elevator. Some of the walls inside are slanted, so it's easy to bump your head – something to be mindful of. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer is a huge plus! It's located in a lively neighborhood, so if it's a Friday night or you're sensitive to noise, it might not be the best choice as it can be a bit loud. On a clear night, you can watch the Northern Lights directly from the rooftop!

This apartment is fantastic! It's fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, measures 55 square meters, and is very clean and tidy. We stayed for six nights, alternating between long excursions and city tours. We bought groceries from the supermarket and cooked our own meals, which was a huge money-saver in high-priced Iceland (where a croissant costs 45 RMB!). It also allowed us to enjoy Chinese food and rice, simple yet comforting for our 'Chinese stomachs'. For supermarkets, I recommend Bonus (the 'piggy' store) and Krónan. Krónan has fresher and a wider variety of fruits and vegetables than Bonus, plus fresh fish, so I really liked that one. It's about a 9-minute walk away. Bus Stop 12 is just a minute's walk from the entrance, right in front of the Storm Hotel. We booked three day tours (Southern Coast, Golden Circle, Snaefellsnes) and our airport shuttle pick-up from here, which was super convenient. Next to Bus Stop 12, there's another hotel with a wind-sheltered porch at its entrance, perfect for waiting for the bus and escaping Iceland's infamous winds. We took public transport to Sky Lagoon, Perlan (the Natural History Museum, highly recommended!), and Flyover. I highly recommend this apartment; it's not only spacious and comfortable but also incredibly convenient for transportation.

Superior location in the city center, only a few minutes walk to the nearby shopping street. And within 5 minutes walk with Bonus, very convenient if you have to cook at the hotel. The room is convenient, the facilities are visible a bit old, but the use is not too affected, basic cooking facilities are available, however it is worth noting that even if the hood is turned on to cook, the smoke sensor in the room will ring, the hotel may know that there is such a situation, written instructions to deal with it. Also sound insulation is relatively poor, the hotel is located next to the street, in the room is very clear sound of the street, if sleeping to sound sensitive people is not suitable.

The studio apartment was excellent - clean, spacious, yet cozy at the same time. Most importantly, everything, from the kitchen appliances to the lamps and heater, were functional. The response from the team to queries was also quick and clear. Only thing I found inconvenient was the difficulty locating the apartment at the first instance, especially from the drop-off from the shuttle bus service. Also, there is no elevator, which could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. But overall, a very pleasant experience, and it was pity we could not stay longer.

Hostess and host are both helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to store our luggage. The room was clean. What we liked most was that there was a big window that can be opened and the room is very bright. In addition the location of the apartment is very convenient. Bus stop 14 is about 5-6mins walk. And there are nice restaurants around the area. The church is nearby too. The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage on the day when we checked out. Overall it’s a nice stay. It added to the good memories of our Iceland trip.

I have nothing to say, I highly recommend it, there are several advantages: 1. Although it does not contain breakfast, the pots and pans are all full, you can do it, and you can eat well; 2. The problem is coming, what do you do? Shopping? The road is opposite to the supermarket, and there are supermarkets around, everything is there; 3. The location is not in the city, but the road within 4 kilometers, the basic self-driving here, so there is no problem; 4. The airport is closer than the city, and it will be fast in a while.

There are two apartments, confusing location, have to wait for the password to open the door, the room has complete tableware, the bathroom is relatively small, come to stay for one night overall
