We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. The reception also very helpfull during answer my request to. Extend with some problem for my card payment. Thank you and i will back to the place on the Next

The photos are really misleading; it looks completely different from the actual place. We booked an 'Exquisite Suite,' which turned out to be just one room with a living room, where an extra bed had been added. With the extra bed in the living room, the kitchen became practically unusable due to heavy smoke, shattering our dream of cooking our own meals. The room itself was quite small, and with the extra bed in the living room, there was barely any space to walk. It was on the top floor, with a very low attic ceiling and a small window. Soundproofing was poor; we could hear conversations from outside. The balcony door was broken and couldn't be opened, and the view was just average. Be careful with the main entrance; the automatic door opener is prone to catching hands! Check-in was in a different building. If you receive the address of the building you'll be staying in, you can have the taxi driver drop you off directly there, saving you the hassle of dragging your luggage around. To open the ground floor door, you need to pull it when you hear the mechanism (the 'push' sign on the door is incorrect). Cleanliness: Acceptable, cleaned daily. Location: Indeed excellent, right near the city center with many pick-up points for group tours. For 2500-3000 a night, I expected more space. Quite disappointed. (I was out early and back late every day, so I forgot to take photos).

This apartment-style hotel is really great. Remember to book in advance, you can save a lot! You can cook here, and all the kitchenware and laundry facilities are available. There's a microwave, perfect for heating up some instant meals! There are two beds, and the bathroom is also very spacious. Check-in is conveniently located right across from the apartment building. You can ask the front desk for some disposable toothbrushes, which is a nice touch. They also store luggage for free. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!!

The location of the apartment is well located. Near to bus stop 12 when we are going on tours. The apartment seems to be relatively new, which is a plus point. Very spacious living space. Too huge for the 5 of us, yet, it was comfortable. The check in instructions was straightforward. So was the check out. The amenities in the apartment feels like you are home away from home. 5 star stay definitely. Thank you for the lovely apartment to make our stay in Reyjkavik worthwhile.

Unit 403 is way better than Unit 402! More spacious with 2 washrooms provided. Most importantly, their water heater works perfectly fine. I love the self-check-in system which is easy, quick, and seamless. The same goes for their luggage storage room! We were lucky to be able to witness the aurora from our unit!

Hostess and host are both helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to store our luggage. The room was clean. What we liked most was that there was a big window that can be opened and the room is very bright. In addition the location of the apartment is very convenient. Bus stop 14 is about 5-6mins walk. And there are nice restaurants around the area. The church is nearby too. The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage on the day when we checked out. Overall it’s a nice stay. It added to the good memories of our Iceland trip.

I have nothing to say, I highly recommend it, there are several advantages: 1. Although it does not contain breakfast, the pots and pans are all full, you can do it, and you can eat well; 2. The problem is coming, what do you do? Shopping? The road is opposite to the supermarket, and there are supermarkets around, everything is there; 3. The location is not in the city, but the road within 4 kilometers, the basic self-driving here, so there is no problem; 4. The airport is closer than the city, and it will be fast in a while.

There are two apartments, confusing location, have to wait for the password to open the door, the room has complete tableware, the bathroom is relatively small, come to stay for one night overall

We absolutely loved the room, the beds were comfy however the corridors stank of what i can only describe as dog food. There was luggage storage which was so helpful and the centre was only 15 minutes on the scooters. The housekeeping also let them selves in at 9:30am on our last day when check out was 11am which for a group of girls was not good.
