Very good location. Unfortunately, I wasn’t sent the check in details so had to call on arrival. Very quick to respond and sort out though. Good kitchen but utensils were unclean when I arrived. Could do with more attentiveness to these things.

I didn't stay at this place. Because of double booking, the conditions of another hotel are much better than this one. However, I still found this apartment-style hotel. I got the door code through the intercom and went in to check it out. The sanitary facilities were good. I just didn’t see anyone or live there.

I would not consider booking with this property in the future based on my experience when facing an imminent medical emergency. The property's rigid attitude in the midst of extenuating circumstances was extremely upsetting. It made a traumatic situation that much worse despite there being very little cost to the property to consider reasonable concessions for extreme, mitigating factors. Truly disappointed.

Apartamentos bien situados, cerca del centro, a un paso de la calle Laugavegur. Constan de cocina con todo el menaje, sofá, mesa y sillas, además de la cama y el baño, permitiendo organiz**** incluso para comer, cosa que nosotros no utilizamos. Se nota que no todos los inquilinos los han cuidado, al menos en el nuestro había varias cosas que necesitarían reparación o reforma. La limpieza tampoco es la deseable. Funcionan en base a un código que sirve para abrir la puerta de entrada y la del apartamento, que mandan por mail 48h antes. También facilitan un código de consigna, ya que transcurridas la 11:00 am del día de salida el código ya no abrirá el apartamento, siendo importante no dejar nada en el interior ya que no hay personal para asistir.
