This is a simple family hotel with three rooms. Located in a residential area, very quiet. The house I live in is not big and the bathroom is spacious enough. The common living room has a kettle for making tea and a coffee machine for use. The receptionist gives you four keys to enter the courtyard, building, suite, and room. He hands you a map of Rome and introduces the attractions and subway before leaving. The biggest advantage is that it is 500 meters away from the Vatican Museum, 400 meters away from the subway station, and there are many restaurants. That means you have to contact the hotel in advance, otherwise you won’t be able to find it and won’t be able to get in. The breakfast at the hotel was uninteresting.
The location is excellent, very close to the Trevi Fountain. The Colosseum and Plaza de España are also within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby, and the food at several I tried was quite good. However, this place can't really be called a hotel; it's more like a guesthouse. There's no front desk, just a large table where you can occasionally see staff sitting, and the service is rather basic. The room design isn't very practical overall, and it's not suitable for families with young children and lots of belongings. The wardrobe also had a slight odor. The hotel provides bread and coffee in the morning for a quick breakfast.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Trevi Fountain. There's a bus stop about 20 meters away with many routes, so you can easily take a direct bus to the Colosseum, Mouth of Truth, and Vatican Museums.
The front desk staff was very friendly. When we asked how to buy bus tickets, he even took us to a shop. On our last day, we needed a taxi from the hotel to the train station, but couldn't get one through an app. The front desk staff took us to the taxi stand behind the hotel, spoke to the driver, and we smoothly got into a cab. The driver didn't overcharge us either.
Finally, the room. It was over 60 square meters, and while it felt a bit sparse, it had all the essentials: a kettle, disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. The kitchen also had a coffee machine, pots, pans, and cutlery. The only minor drawback was the shower stall, which was a bit small – it was hard to turn around – and the shampoo and shower gel were placed quite high up. Other than that, everything was fine.

I wasn't sure what to expect beforehand, as I'd seen ”student house” searched on Google. It was surprisingly good; it was a truly great place to stay. ”Good” is a bit much for me, but for a city break, it was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic!!! And the price is fantastic too!! Plus, the service is simply excellent.
All in all, a 6-7, perfect if you're looking for a decent, average place.

GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly polite and always happy to help with questions asked eg where to eat, how to get to the main attractions etc.
We found that the kettle in the room was leaking and when we came back from a walk they had already put a new one in the room.
The hotel is conveniently placed within walking distance of some of the attractions and close to all food and drinks places.
When we return to Rome we will certainly book this hotel again.
GGuest UserOverall it was good, but there are a couple of moments that have spoiled the impressions, and mostly those are moments of recreation organization. So, a day before settlement I didn't get instructions on settlement, and I didn't know how to act, where to take the keys, whether someone will meet me, at least the phone of the administrator (Acting!). when I arrived I went to the building at the address, the phone in the voucher. There was just an entrance door without a reseption. No one answered the phone in the voucher. But the sign in front of the door was given the phone number, the girl replied, but said she no longer works in these apartments, but gave the current phone number to Mikael, an employee or host. It was good that he replied quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and settled later. The opportunity to leave my luggage This was the main advantage of the apartments! :) When I was inhabited, I met Mum Mikaele, who does not speak English at all, unfortunately. This is why she probably couldn't explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the entrance door, it can be opened by code. So when we arrived at 23:30 and we had the key not opening the door, I wrote / called Mikael again, he sent the code. And after all, it could have been sent out earlier, and then we would have no stress.
TtimewheelThe best accommodation of the entire trip! Better than the same hotels in Paris and London! Several advantages: 1. Convenient location: within walking distance of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica; a 2-minute walk to Metro Line A, 3 stops to the Spanish Steps, and 6 stops to the train station. 2. The apartment has a kitchen and is fully equipped; a wet market is just 200 meters away, where you can buy a large boneless steak for 20 euros! 3. Spacious rooms, suite design; the owner is generous and provides complimentary wine and drinks!
GGuest UserI stayed there for four nights and the hotel staff are very kind and nice. They have laundry services as well (€2 for washing and €2 for drying). However, they knocked on our room door at 9:30am for two days. One day, they said that they would like to clean our room, but we were still sleeping, isn’t that too early? For the last morning, they knocked our door again and saying that they would like to fix something in the toilet, but we are checking out at 10:30, can’t they just wait for an hour? So if you are not an early bird or you won’t be leaving your hotel before 9:30 am, I don’t recommend you to stay here as they will wake you every morning.
BBuerderenThe hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them. The hotel has a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, and cutlery. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, three meat options, and milk and yogurt, all free. Other drinks and food are subject to charges. Since I had an early flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided snack boxes.
The rooftop bar on the 5th floor offers a beautiful sunset in the evening, but beware of skuas flying over to snatch your food.
The last photo is of an ancient building next to the hotel.
SShawty MI had to book a room last minute and thankfully found this gem! It’s ~10mins by foot from Termini.
It was really late at night already and the reception was already closed. The team assisted me step by step through phone and WhatsApp.
Very friendly and patient, i must say.
The building from the outside looks old but the interior had been modernized. The bed is very comfy, theres a cabinet for clothes, microwave, kettle , sink, plates, the bath was cosy (showergel, soap & lotion) and there’s even a coffee machine with capsules!
Highly recommend this accomodation!!
Thank you again Team H77 🥰
GGuest UserMyItalyHome Roma was an absolute highlight of our trip. The suite is stylish, super clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfy beds, modern AC, and fast WiFi. Prime location in the heart of the city. Self-check-in was easy overall, though phone access to the street door lock isn't extremely convenient for an international traveler without a voice cell plan, but it's acceptable. The place feels modern and quiet despite being so central. Great value and would return without a doubt!
