Pantheon
The location of this apartment is incredible. It is very close to many attractions. No need to take a taxi. There are also many supermarkets nearby and buses are very convenient and suitable for tourists. The facilities and equipment are also good enough to cook some simple meals. The disadvantage is that the network is very unstable and there was no hand sanitizer and shower gel when we checked in. Overall good.

Rome City Centre
It was a spacious room for a family to stay, and the facilities were average, but the kitchen utensils were lacking. The hotel staff were friendly, but it didn't bother me too much even though I wasn't always at the front desk. Considering the location, facilities, and area, I think it's good value for money. There is a particularly spacious private terrace. Outdoor dining is also possible when the weather is nice. Breakfast is also above average, especially on the terrace of the restaurant. The views are great.

Trevi
The hotel is very close to Trevi Fountain, comfortable bed, staff is mostly friendly. There is a small kitchen (teapot, microwave oven, refrigerator, shelter and coffee maker). Defects: The room was very little light, really lacking. The windows of our room were out, it was small but still very noisy (up to 2 a.m.). We arrived early in the morning, we saw that a lot of rooms were released and the staff who cleaned already worked, but we didn't want to settle before.
Domenichino Luxury Home

Monti
In summary: My family and I booked Domenichino Luxury Home via Hotels.com and it was the worst accommodation I have ever had due to being exposed and poisoned with black mold. I do not recommend anyone who cares for their health and well-being to stay here and I do not recommend booking any accommodations with Hotels.com as they will not provide consumer protection when something does go wrong with a property booked through their site.  In detail: Upon arrival at the address for Domenichino Luxury Home, we were moved to a completely different building around the corner. I specifically chose this property because it was close to the other two people we were traveling with. This new property we were moved to was a little farther and I found it strange that we were not staying at the property address we were given (side note: the new building was challenging to navigate with a toddler and I highly do not recommend this property for families). Once in the room we unpacked and showered. I smelled mold and immediately alerted the booking manager via whatsapp (the only way to communicate with someone associated with the property). I was told that this building's pipes smell after a heavy rain and that there is nothing to worry about. I pushed it from my mind and went out to sightsee. Our second day at the property we were not able to shower because the hot water was not working (it was fixed after we left for our tours that day). The morning of our third day I used the shower and noticed that my asthma was acting up, I was sneezing a lot, and had an itchy throat and eyes. I figured I had morning allergies and went about our day of sightseeing. I didn't think more of it because I started to feel better while out and about. On the fourth day of our stay I woke up to even more severe allergic symptoms after using the shower and it wasn't until we were out of the unit that I realized I have to be allergic to something inside the unit itself. And that's when it hit me- the smell I noticed had to be mold! When we came back that night I had my husband shine his flashlight in the shower to expose what I had suspected- black mold EVERYWHERE. The shower was so deeply covered in mold that there is no way that it grew only in the time we were staying in the unit. It had to have been there for some time and this confirmed to me that they do not clean the shower often and well enough. The mold blends in and hides well because the shower tile is black and the bathroom lighting is very poor. So it wasn't until we shined our phone flashlights into the shower did we see all the black mold. With every shower my family took- we were breathing black mold spores! I immediately sent the photos of the mold covered shower walls to the booking manager and to Hotels.com. The booking manager said ”we will do better next time.” There was no empathy for the health situation I was in, being asthmatic and all, and there was no remedy offered. I was pretty ill due to this and it af
Vino e Oli Residenze

Near the Vatican City
went onto Booking.com to find a nice hotel near City Center in Rome but there aren't that many and mostly what you have are apartments for rent. I found Vino e Oli and read the reviews, most of them were good and I felt comfortable doing the apartment thing as opposed to the hotel route. One of the first problems we had was with transportation. We hired a van through Vino E Oli but when the day came, we were picked up in a sedan that didn't fit all of our luggage and the driver still charged us the minivan price. I spoke with the receptionist and she talked with the driver and they go back and forth with one another. Eventually, the driver explains that he didn't have a van available so he picked us up in the sedan. But why charge us the van price? Once we got to the room, it was as you see in the pictures and everything seemed to be in order. We were pleased with the room and the amenities they offer but word of caution, they DO NOT HAVE A DRYER ON SITE. It's actually a washer and dryer combo which doesn't dry the clothes so you have you lay them out to air dry. The next major problem started the first night when I took a shower and the shower drain wasn't working but I didn't realize it until the water started flooding the shower pan and I immediately got out. I let the water drain which took some time. I then continued my shower for a couple more minutes and then got out and noticed that the floor was completely covered with water. The next day my children took a shower and noticed that the shower was still flooding. I then contacted the owner by email and explained how the shower was flooding. That evening I needed to take another shower and this time I decided to take a quick shower and get out but when I got out the floor had flooded from the wall and from the shower pan which I didn't realize and I fell down hard and bruised my back and head.I was in a lot of pain and I told my children to not use the shower again. The next day I spoke with the receptionist personally because I still hadn't heard from the owner and explained that the shower and sink were flooding and she said that she would have one of the cleaning crew to fix. No one showed up at all to fix it that day. After much frustration I went downstairs to I speak with the receptionist again and showed her video of shower flooding and the wall leaking water. In a couple of hours that’s when the issue was fixed. It took 3 days for them to finally fix the shower drain. They never fixed the broken sink drain and the toilet seat was broken also as other people have commented, the air conditioner works intermittently. I had to turn it off, turn it back on and after about 30 minutes it started working again. I had to do this everyday. When I asked the owner about refunding some of the money he seemed taken aback. I explained to him how severe the issues were especially with me injuring myself and that I had to see a doctor when I returned to the United States; he finally agreed to

I can only compliment the manager for assembling such a great team and having them maintain this level of service. The rooms are beautiful masterpieces. We travelled for our wedding with several family members also booking rooms. Each room was uniquely designed. No expense has been spared when creating the beautiful spaces you stay in. Every details is perfect from the walls, to the floors, to the furnishings. Very comfy beds. Great room ambiance. Every thing you could ever need with well kitted kitchens, great bathrooms, great lounge areas. Tv’s have all your streaming services. The location if the hotel is perfect. You have views over ancient landmarks and are 15minute walk one was to the colosseum, 15minutes the other direction to Trevi fountain and 5minutes from piazza venezia. You step out of the hotel into a more relaxed area of Rome also, this place is a hidden gem. Special shout out to housekeeping as well They do a phenomenal job and do it with a smile on their face. I visit Rome quite regularly and have stayed in most of the luxury hotels now. I dont think I will venture past Rhino again, this is the only stop to stay when in Rome! One request…. Can you please expand your creation to other cities? 😊

This B&B is great. Although the front desk is not open 24 hours a day, the service is very good. Our train was late and it was past their working hours. They recorded a video in advance to tell us how to check in by ourselves, and also turned on the air conditioner in advance and pulled up the sofa bed. It is close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon

Trionfale
The hotel is owned by Accor, and it is booked habitually, thinking that the quality is guaranteed. It is very large, with 100 rooms. Not in the urban area, but relatively close to the Vatican. Turn left at the exit and turn 100 meters to Balduina station. You can take the subway directly from the airport. In a residential area, there is a room from Wenzhou nearby. We booked a quadruple room, one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, one kitchen, and a big balcony. We can cook but there is no washing machine. There will be no one to clean even if you stay here, and you have to take the garbage to the gate on the first floor to throw it away. The bathroom light kept flickering, and I called someone to fix it, but they didn't come. After a few days, I came back to Rome and still wanted to stay here. I booked and paid in advance, but the hotel said that there was no reservation, and the room was full again that day. Fortunately, even though Ctrip coordinated me to go to the city, I made up for the difference. Mood from sunny to cloudy. It is recommended to book a room with a discount. After payment, you still need to confirm with the hotel front desk whether the reservation is successful. Hotel front desk service is good. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which can store luggage.

Garbatella
We stayed here for 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was friendly and always left the room spotless. Reception was always friendly and helpful. I personally wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star hotel upon reflection as the room service breakfast was not 5 star quality. It was very nice, but the menu is limited and printed off and laminated for you to read and take a photo of. For 10 euros each per person, I personally would next time not book breakfast and travel out of the hotel to eat breakfast. You are charged to use the kitchen facilities which we didn’t need to use, but surprised to see in a 5 star hotel. The rooftop bar was closed which is a shame and one of the big reasons I booked this hotel, so that was a let down. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Piramide Metro Station and we utilised the Metro a lot during our stay. The hotel is far from the centre and would cost substantially more to get taxis or if you were to walk, it would consume a chunk of your day. The hotel was lovely but just didn’t wow me as a 5 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet out of the centre, then it would be great for you. For us, upon reflection and now knowing the city, staying somewhere more central would’ve suited us better which is not the hotels fault whatsoever.

Ideal location. All attractions are within walking distance. Easy self-check-in. Even though the windows face a busy street, it was very quiet at night. Everything in the bathroom is clean and the plumbing is new; if there are hooks for towels on the walls, then everything will be great. We sometimes like to cook breakfast when we travel, and we were missing some kitchen appliances (a kettle, knives for cutting vegetables), we had to heat water in a huge saucepan and cut it with a table knife, but this is all insignificant. Overall we are very pleased and recommend it.
