My sister made a reservation with Hotel Rhinoceros through booking for four nights (March 22 to 26, 2024) in Rome to celebrate her daughter's 20th birthday. Not only have they kept the reservation money, but the hotel has done business if they have rebooked the apartment for those four nights, when in reality they were already paid for by my sister.
