"Excellent hotel, cozy and very clean, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and restaurant on site. Located in the center of Rome, 10/10."
Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica
"I paid through Ctrip. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist thought I hadn't paid and asked me to swipe my card. I thought it was a deposit, so I tapped the screen and entered my PIN. I noticed the amount was too large and mentioned it, saying, "Is this a deposit? I already paid for the room." The receptionist then realized they had charged me twice and canceled the charge. Up to this point, everything seemed normal. Then the weird stuff happened. At 2 AM, they charged me again, supposedly a cardless transaction, but my card was locked and the charge failed. Finally, the hotel explained it was an intern's mistake. Whether you believe that or not is up to you. They even said they'd give me a discount next time. How many times do Asian tourists come here? This is hard to judge. Since they knew I had paid, why did they write down my card number? I asked the bank, and they said it's impossible to know all card information just by tapping the screen; the hotel must have been looking at the cards and memorizing them. If you don't want to use your card and want to pay in cash, forget it. When I went to pay the 40 euro city tax, the receptionist said it was cashless."

"Great location near the Vatican, with convenient bus connections to the city center and San Pietro station close by. There a supermarket nearby the station. Comfortable stay overall, though water pressure was a bit low and occasional street noise could be heard."
Hotel Roma Tor Vergata
This practical hotel is tucked away on the eastern outskirts, making it a perfect home base for travelers looking to stay close to local universities and major highways.
Hotel Genova
"The location is convenient, close to the central station, and very convenient to various attractions. The staff are warm and polite, and although the breakfast selection is limited, it is all freshly made and delicious."
Holiday Inn ROME - EUR PARCO DEI MEDICI by IHG
"The soundproofing is terrible; I could even hear people turning lights on and off in the next room. Someone was also belting out high notes for several hours, and because of the poor sound insulation, it felt like they were singing right next to my ear. I called the front desk twice. The first time, they said they couldn't find anyone singing. The second time, I told them to send someone to my room to listen with me. They said someone would be over in about ten minutes, but no one ever showed up, even by check-out."
Hotel Roma Aurelia Antica
"Pros: - Green location - Quiet - Elegant - Pool - Large indoor parking lot (this is a major plus for those traveling by car) - Large room with a desk Improvements: - Poor maintenance: Water struggled to drain into the bathroom sink - Bathtub panel leaked, causing flooding and a slippery slope (a shower would be much better) - Dead plants in the gutters above the pool - Crumbling grouting under the pool deck - Loud noise from the pool filter holes: the plastic nozzles rattled - Few power outlets in the room for charging your phone - Air conditioning difficult to adjust (either on or off) - Pool opening hours could be extended in July and August (perhaps 9:30 instead of 10:00) Facilities: A pleasant property that could be significantly improved with a little maintenance. Being somewhat isolated, it is not suitable for those who do not travel by car."
Best Western Plus Hotel Universo

Hotel Accademia
"Great location - hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. We read these reviews prior and asked for a room on the back side which they granted and our stay was very quiet! We would stay here again."
