This hotel barely deserves two stars. One of the hostesses is pleasant, the other is as welcoming as a prison door. The television does not work and despite our repeated complaints it has never been repaired.

The Orange Hotel was a complete disaster. We had arranged in advance with the hotel to have a driver pick us up at a boat port in Citivecchia in the evening of our arrival. They did not send a driver. They blamed it on everyone else even though I have it confirmed in writing. We could not get a taxi or uber. We had to wait in the very cold, CLOSED boat port for 6 hours. After the hotel promised to get a taxi or uber, they did not. We had to walk 2 km at 4 am in the morning on cobblestone, uphill to catch a train to the hotel. We did not arrive to the Hotel until 6:30 a.m. because of the Hotel's failure. They finally admitted they made a mistake; yet, they still insisted on charging the full amount. They ruined our first night in Rome, our second day because we were utterly exhausted, put our lives at risk and I could go on...overall a miserable job and I would never recommend this hotel. Both my boyfriend and I are experienced, international travelers. This was one of the worst experiences ever. Additionally, the breakfast was horrible and the rooms smelled like sewage.

Nos mintieron 2 veces.Nos dijeron que había un yacuzzi pero enrealidad era una simple bañera,ademas no nos dijeron como funcionaba. Nos dijeron que el restaurante estaba en obras y por eso estaba cerrado pero era mentira. No hay Wi-Fi,tuvimos que bajar a una sala para tener Wi-Fi.No nos hicieron la cama. No saben españolpp,no heran majos.Los recepcionistas no llevan uniforme.No tiene mantenimiento ninguno,no cierran las ventanas,y el grifo no va bien.No ofrece jabon ni ninguno de los objetivos higiénicos.No es muy grande.Es muy caro para lo que es. Solo le pongo una estrella por la buena ubicación.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel ! Ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos de leur site ! Problème électrique ! Prises ne fonctionnent pas ! Peu de lumière surtout salle de bain !! Fenêtres non étanches donc réveil très matinal ! Et froid nocturne ! La wifi fonctionne très mal !! Personnel non hôtelier !! Bref où sont les 4 étoiles !! En résumé évitez cet établissement !! La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca. El lugar no es pr anda. Lo que se ve en la fotos. La recepcionista que nos tocó nos habló solo en italiano, por lo que supongo que no habla otro idioma. La primera noche casi morimos de calor pq no encontramos la forma de apagar el radiador, el botón de power estaba arrancado. El segundo día regresamos para ducharnos y no habían repuesto el jabón y cuando fui a vestirme faltaba dinero y tres pares de medias (sin estrenar )de dentro de la maleta, dentro del armario. Al poner la queja al día siguiente, tras volver a pasar una noche horrible con la colección, nos cortaron la luz, a pesar de tener pagada una noche mas decimos marcharnos a un hotel de verdad, decir que nos fuimos asqueados pq al irnos descubrimos que las sabanas bajo la manta estaba manchada dw restos biólogicos .
