The apartment is in a perfect location! It's the best location! We were given video instructions, and check-in was very easy! The room was cleaned every day, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would like the rooms to be renovated and have more European-style electrical outlets, but everything was very clean and pleasant, and the room was spacious! All the sights were within walking distance; we didn't need a taxi or a tour bus. This was our third time in Italy, and this was the best location! Thank you for everything.

Staff was super friendly and communicative with me. I arrived late and checked out late they were kind enough to take care of my bags for me while I explored Rome. Would be back is an incredible location close walk to pantheon and trevi fountain and lots of nice bars and restaurants. Highly recommend, nicely sized room.

Good location considering 10min walk from the bus to the Vatican or to the p.zza of Spain (which is 30min walk). All the staff very nice and available. I found a big shower that I would prefer smaller to have the missing bide. I didn't like to sit at breakfast with other guests at a single big table without privacy possibilities. Breakfast/salat is not at the height of a 4-star hotel; the fresh fruit on the buffet sin misses the orange grumble that would avoid industrial juices. Beautiful, functional and comfortable, soundless, worrying the picture with a sad pallet at the head of the bed.

Due to jet lag, I woke up at 2 AM on the first night and couldn't fall back asleep. It was probably breakfast and coffee time back home... but it was the middle of the night in Rome, and the hotel breakfast started at 7:30 AM. I was on my phone in bed until 4 AM. Feeling restless, I called the front desk to see if there was any way to get a cup of coffee. I wasn't very hopeful, but the person on the other end said they could specially make one for me, which I was so grateful for 🄹. All the hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is excellent. The farthest I walked was to the Vatican, and it took me a leisurely 45 minutes. If you walk fast, it would definitely be under 30 minutes. Other attractions are even closer. There are restaurants all around, offering every kind of food imaginable, and for shopping, it's just a two-minute walk to the shopping streets leading to the Spanish Steps. One of the reasons I considered this hotel initially was safety. It seems there's a council building opposite, with numerous police officers around all day. As long as you don't stay out too late, there's not much to worry about. Also, personally, I think the safety concerns about Rome are a bit exaggerated on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). Just be mindful of your belongings and don't flaunt your wealth, and you'll generally be fine. The hotel breakfast didn't have many options, but the bread was delicious. Being on the top floor, the view was beautiful and very pleasant. Now for the cons, which I personally found tolerable: 1. It's relatively old, but it's clean, which is a big plus. 2. The elevator is small and a bit slow to respond, but it closes within three to five seconds once you're inside. On my first day, after checking in, I was going up to my room. Three people went in before me, and I couldn't fit with my large suitcase. The elevator door finally closed, but then inexplicably opened again. A woman inside angrily told me, ā€Stop pressing it!!!ā€ I was bewildered and retorted just as angrily, ā€I didn't even touch it!!ā€ The woman fell silent, and I waited for the other elevator to arrive and left first. 3. Soundproofing is average, so light sleepers should take note. 4. No free drinking water. The mini-bar items are chargeable. So, you can buy water at a nearby supermarket. 1.5 liters costs 0.88 Euros. In summary, I would choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is in a very good location. It’s a very small hotel and the room is not very big either, but it’s comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom that is just off to the breakfast room and although we thought it could be noisy it was rather quiet. You have to pay extra for breakfast which we didn’t because there is a cafe just downstairs that offers more options and is less pricey. The place feels a bit like a b&b than a hotel, but staff is helpful and friendly. The lift is tiny and old but very charming, interesting experience. I would go back!

Plus: The hotel is ideal for walking around Rome. The room is in good condition, the bed is comfortable. Overall clean. For breakfast you can choose from the evening what you will eat. In the morning they brought everything fresh. Convenient electronic registration. Resepshn is not working all day, but when you come in the evening, your key is on the counter in the envelope. It is very convenient. There is a teapot and coffee maker in the room, convenient sockets for charging gadgets. Communication is good. But ... Minorities: When you walk around the city all day, the hotel wants to at least get a nut in the hotel. But this opportunity was deprived of us. The tap in the room was not, and walking in the barefoot at the hotel somehow didn't really want to. It seems that the owner saves on the comfort of the customers. In addition to the missing shoes in the bath, we were waiting for other unpleasant surprises. With a teapot, the tea in the bags is the cheapest. It is impossible to drink. I understand that in Italy there is little tea, but not to the same degree. In the bathroom we were waiting for two small bags of gel-shampoo. I barely had enough to wash once in the evening. I had to take a shower without gel in the morning. And the final - dirty glasses. They were clearly washed in the dishwasher, but they have not even checked that white precipitation is on them all inside. If I paid for the number 30 euros, I wouldn't be outraged. But, sorry, I paid 270 euros. I didn't know that taking a room for 270 euros in the center of Rome, I should come with my slippers, tea, shower gel and washing dishes before using. I assume that with shoes and glasses it turned out to be accidental, so I appreciated the hotel quite high. Please pay attention to the preparation of the rooms for the check-in. About tea and soul gel, well take you another 5 euros, but put normal tea and gel larger. This is not a small thing for those who want to rest between saturated walks in Rome for days..

The location of the room is great. When you open the window, you can see a historical site. But the door is not open, so it’s easy to find the wrong one when searching. The service is great: the service staff are very attentive and patient. I like their staff very much. Miss Irina also gave me a glass of white wine. There is a mini bar on the third floor. The decoration of the hotel is also very artistic The prices of drinks in the room are also very affordable. The bathroom set in the hotel is very complete Will go again if I have the chance

Just checked out of the hotel and want to write a review right away. I really liked the hotel. It is located close to all the attractions, within walking distance. The Colosseum is 15 minutes away. In the Jewish quarter, where there are several restaurants with kosher cuisine. The breakfasts are super! Served exquisitely. Lots of desserts, fruits. The service staff is polite. The rooms are interesting. Towels and robes are of good quality. Toiletries are available.

This hotel had contemporary amenities in an old world setting-management was professional and communicated Ā with me constantly, even with my hours long delays….they provided a video to show entry into my room (very easy to follow)-I was 5-7 minutes away from Pantheon-15 m away from Trevi fountain-steps away from a wide array of stores and restaurants….my room was secure and clean-I would go to Magenta Argentina again and again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I visited with my 14-year old daughter last month, with 5 nights in Rome at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. Based on reviews, price, and location, I booked this hotel -- we could not have been happier. Our room was spotless during both of our stays, as were the common areas, restaurant, etc. The hotel is perfectly located -- right in the middle of the historic center and walkable to everything -- Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon all a 5-10 minute walk. Whenever we needed a taxi (e.g. early morning tours that were a 25 min walk away), the front desk staff (Lyuba, Davide, Iustin) were helpful and the taxi was never more than a 4 minute wait (more about staff below). The hotel is on a road with restaurants, a few small supermarkets, a wonderful local pasticceria, and a 4-5 minute walk from Piazza Navona -- a beautiful, huge piazza with stunning fountains, surrounded by endless restaurants and bars. There's a pharmacy right off the piazza if you need anything -- I used it to get COVID tested to be able to fly home. It was fast, easy, and reliable. The hotel breakfasts were fantastic - typical European breakfast with meats + cheeses, yogurts / cereals / berries, all kinds of coffee drinks, breads / rolls / croissants, warm foods (e.g. quiche, sauteed spinach, eggs, etc.), and endless baked goods. The staff wore masks at all times, and most guests wore masks while up and about at the buffet, taking them off while seated. The tables were set beautifully and the entire area was spotless -- it was easy to see how hard the dining room staff worked. The rooms were great -- extremely comfortable beds, terrific linens, wonderful shower, all modern and new. Be aware, even with the window closed and on a higher floor, on the front side of the hotel the street below is busy and there's a restaurant / bar with outdoor seating in front of the hotel -- if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear sounds (people + traffic) late into the night. My daughter didn't notice at all -- I heard it all night. Our room during the beginning of our stay was on the rear of the buidling, opening into a small courtyard -- it was lovely, quiet, airy, and had a wonderful balcony (4th Floor). If you can get one of those rooms, I highly recommend it. The front desk staff: ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. As a mom traveling alone with a young teenage daughter during COVID and the instability in eastern Europe, I had concerns before traveling. Lyuba, Davide, and Iustin were attentive, helpful, accommodating, and informative. Whether it was checking us in early when we first arrived from the airport, arranging taxis, storing our luggage while we traveled to Florence, or helping figure out COVID testing to return home, they were on point, efficient, and kind. The afternoon before our flight home, I realized that the Rome Marathon was scheduled for the following day. They helped me trouble shoot while I was out with my daughter, trying to be present with her while simultaneously communicating with them via WhatsApp to figure out how to get to the airport the next morning. Requesting a taxi 1/2 hour before heading to the airport would have been disasterous, as they were closing all the roads, and no taxis would have been available. The staff arranged a private driver (worth the cost) and were in close contact with him and his dispatcher to make sure we were all apprised of which roads were closed. My daughter and I did have to walk 10 minutes to the river with our suitcases and cross to the other side, as all local roads had been closed, but it was actually a piece of cake. Our driver was waiting for us exactly where the hotel staff said he would be, and from there it was easy getting to the airport. If the staff hadn't been responsive and seriously on top of it, we would not have made it to the airport that day. The highest recommendation for the best hotel experience!

Great location. Found fast thanks to the photo. Who will go, remember, you need a tower. Apartments right in the tower. The Deluxe room is small, lacks cabinets, shelves in the bathroom and jars! I hope the managers will hear me and supplement the apartment necessary. The managers were contacted on whatsā€ up, very pleasant, asked how things were needed. There is heating (we were in February), clean, comfortable. The only thing! To get up, you need to go up the stairs. For someone it can be a problem. There is no dining table, only the bar. It would be uncomfortable for children to sit.

I cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ā¤ļø

The hotel is very friendly and very central. The only thing that would improve is that it says breakfast included and leaves a lot of food to make breakfast prepared.. but it is my personally not like it.. You look for a breakfast so basic but let someone help you .. additional by having to the oven in the room make it impossible to use everything above all. The hotel was very friendly and very friendly .. just that he was unique and had to go up to take care of a client and stole his bag .. Then we were in reception, he asked us several times that if we saw or not ... I think I should have support to never leave the reception alone.
