Very satisfied with two days of stay, this trip to Italy is the best.
The room was better than expected, but the single room gave me a double bed, there was a refrigerator, breakfast, a kettle, and a quite large balcony to see the daily life of the local people; very quiet, close to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican, foreign elderly tour groups will choose here; Going down for a few minutes, there is a Carrefour. The best thing is that there is a train station Roma S. Pietro, 40 minutes to the airport, it is too convenient for me to go to the airport on the last morning!
If there are shortcomings, because it is a bit difficult to find on a high place, it is difficult to drag the suitcase to walk.
Had a great experience, location was good, not too busy, enjoyed our travels. Quite spacious hotel modern setup. Used Uber it was efficient and no money exchanges as paid on app. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Food was ok, I feel there needs to be more selection for Gluten free/ intolerant foods as it was the same every day. Also noticed some fruits which had gone off, one off so not an issue.
Please supply the rooms with kettles as standard policy. I cannot begin to imagine needing a tea/coffee half way thru the night and there’s no kettle.
The hotel gym was excellent, loved it! For a morning routine keeping fresh, and it was clean and well looked after.
Clean, well connected and suitable for a short stay. Thankful and available owner. I would improve only two aspects, the possibility of using the air conditioner in the hotest days and the presence of small bath products for guests.
The room is small. There's Wi-Fi. The bathroom is shared between two rooms. There's shampoo, bar soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The room also has a fridge, a hot plate, a sink, and dishes. I stayed in mid-December, and the heating was only in the bathroom. The room temperature was comfortable even without additional heating.
Close to Vatican, approx 15-20min walk. Room small and overall hotel a little dated but it’s clean and works. Mini bar fridge was helpful. Area close by is good with restaurants and mini mart. Good stay overall.
The hotel is near the subway, but it's a bit of a walk. Even from the closest subway exit, it takes some time to reach the hotel. There's a lobby with a bar. The room isn't large. There's no heating in the room, but there is air conditioning. The bathroom has neither heating nor AC, so showering in winter could be quite cold. Some rooms have a balcony. The room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge. However, there's no coffee maker or kettle. There's no sofa in the room, just a very small desk. The sink in the bathroom was leaking a bit; I woke up to find water on the floor. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety of options. And the coffee was quite good.
The room is of a decent size, with average facilities. The location is close to the Vatican, a 6-7 minute walk to the Cathedral, but it is quite far from the Vatican Museums, so you need to take a taxi or a car. It is quite far from other attractions in Rome. The overall level of the hotel is equivalent to that of a domestic three-star hotel.
A good hotel next to the Vatican and St. Peter's Cathedral. The room has everything you need for accommodation, even a refrigerator, a teapot and a capsule coffee machine with capsules. An additional fee may be charged for late check-in and the provision of separate beds in double rooms.
This hotel has lots of benefits and only benefits! We liked it very much and it exceeded our expectations.
The location is great, just 10 minutes from St Peter's Cathedral, so you are close to the main sights but at the same time the street is quite and you can get good rest and goodnight sleep. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom was large too! this is a rarity for Rome! Many hotels offer very tiny rooms but Gravina rooms have lots of space, standard size beds and everything you might need, like a fridge, teapot, etc. I loved the fact that we had wooden floors. Cleaning was done everyday, water pressure in the bathroom was very good too.
There is a supermarket around the corner where you can buy water and more.
Another benefit was 24/7 check-in. For us it was important because we had a night flight and again many hotels in Rome don't offer this service, so it was wonderful that we didn't have to worry about our late arrival.
Breakfast was decent, not huge but we found everything what we normally eat in the morning and coffee from the coffee machine was very good.
And last but not least: the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
I recommend this hotel without any hesitation. This is one of the best offers in this category.
Francesco was very enthusiastic and introduced us to Rome's travel guide and recommended nearby Italian restaurants as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is close to the Vatican Museum, about 20 minutes walk, and there is a bus stop to the city in3-4 minutes. Quiet at night, two days of travel have a good rest here.

In principle everything is fine . But there are moments , namely the view from the window to the building and the police , the cost should be exactly lower for the accommodation . However, we had difficulty finding a hotel . It is not marked at the entrance of the building. There were questions about a taxi that could not get to the hotel T because of a one-way traffic . And moving along the traffic was probably not convenient .
Overall everything is fine, clean .
We enjoyed our stay in near Vatican, irnerio 47. The room is clean and the AC is freezing cold which we appreciated because the excruciating summer heat. It would be wonderful if there is a microwave available in the common area. Other than that, the location was perfect!
Hotel is located in 20 minutes to Vatican on foot and 20 minutes to city center on a bus. Bus stop is in 2 minutes from hotel.
Room has a modern furniture and got everything you need expect teapot.
Bathroom is for sure amazing.
Staff is friendly.
Breakfast is humble but you won’t be hungry.
The room was very nice with great attention given to the details. The theme was really well presented. Yet the Jacuzzi needs fixing... I followed all the instructions that I had received by WhatsApp, to the letter, but still I couldn't use the jacuzzi because it was spaying water all over the place. Also when trying to open the front door to the block, the webapp rarely did it's job. On the other hand, opening the internal doors always worked from the webapp.
The place was clean. Coffee/tea making equipment , an iron and ironing board and a small washing machine would make this place even better.
Place is what you expect for the money. Cleaning Service daily which is nice. Don't expect too much from the breakfast. Italians only breakfast light, so at an nearby coffee shop you are served with a croissant and a coffee and that's it. Parking space is troublesome, parking almost always full and hard to find a spot
