there was mold in the bathroom and the room smelled like mildew. bed was not very comfortable and the comforter had what looked like snot on it. 3/5 overall.

This is my second time staying at this hotel because I like its garden and restaurant, but this time I was quite disappointed with the room. I stayed in a standard room and was assigned to the lower floor on the first floor. The window was covered by iron plates and there was no view at all. . What's even more outrageous is that when you enter, the trash can is not emptied, there are paper towels in the toilet, there are unknown yellow stains on the tips, and there are marks, hair, etc. on the sheets. It feels like the previous guest did not change the toilet after staying. Although the hotel changed me to the same room type after I complained, it was still very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet and nice bar to relax at in the evening. It's a little away from all the sites and nightlife, but the metro is easy to walk to in under 10 minutes.

There was no coffee tea or kettle in our room but when we requested, they provided!
Breakfast was worth adding to the hotel pricing but we did not because we had to leave early to checkout.
