Super Lage, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Vatikan. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit

Gentilezza e cordialità, non sono in discussione. Le pulizie non sono al livello della location e il sapone non sempre viene reintegrato. Ideale per pochi gg. non idoneo per soggiorni lunghi. Punto a favore la centralità della location e metropolitana A.

Premetto che non siamo stati in questa struttura ma diciamo che la nostra esperienza è partita MALISSIMO gia dall'inizio e non abbiamo prenotato. Avevo richiesto maggiori informazioni su alcune incongruenze nella loro descrizione delle camere su internet, volendo prenotare una camera per cinque e ci dava la disponibilità ma con quattro letti, così li ho contattati e mi hanno detto che per quel periodo non affittavano camere per una notte (tra l'altro periodo di un concerto molto rinomato che dovrebbe farti solo comodo). Faccio presente che la cosa era strana visto che sia sul loro sito, su booking e su tanti altri siti mi dava senza nessun problema la disponibilità quindi non capivo dove stava il problema. Risultato? Hanno visualizzato il messaggio, non hanno mai risposto e hanno tirato via su tutti i siti le disponibilità per camere oltre le due persone per una notte. Detto questo ho prenotato da un altra parte ma possiamo solo dire che sono stati molto scorretti e di certo non prenderemo piu in considerazione la loro struttura per altre gite future.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights and It was an awful experience. First it was dirty and then the second day we woke up with bed bug's bites on our bodies and we saw bed bugs all over the wall in our room. and the best thing is when we shared our experience on *********** they said that we had never been there!!! so how did we get this video of bed bug in your room?

Struttura con qualche piccolo ritocchino da fare ma nel rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. Ben collegata al centro tramite i bus con fermata sotto casa.... 10 minuti e siete in pieno centro ... Ottima pulizia e colazione. Il personale è molto simpatico, gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni problema. Consigliatissimo!!!

I felt some of the staff were respectful and helpful. But when the toilet overflowed early in the morning, and there was a flood, I had to leave my room early and start the day a few hours before I was ready to. There was clearly a problem related to the plumbing and was no fault of mine, yet i sensed that some of the staff felt i created the problem. There was no apology from anyone.

The hotel was conveniently-placed for access to the city centre. It's on a main bus route and the service is very regular. It was clean and breakfast was good. Each room has very loud boiler systems for hot water which make an really loud and intrusive noise whenever the hot tap or shower are run. The closeness of the rooms meant you could easily hear the loud noise from adjacent rooms, often early morning or overnight. This definitely affected your sleep. We had a very early morning flight home from Ciampino and we had to pay 65 euros for a hotel taxi. This was annoying as the city taxis were advertising the service for 32 euros. I understand that there would be a premium for an overnight taxi, but not double the amount.
There is a very nice small restaurant nearby called Boris and there's also a MacDonald's 5 minutes away.
