Hotel Corot

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Corot in Rome. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was brilliant as it is right next to the station made getting around easy and there were plenty of great restaurants just steps away. The rooms are a little dated, but that just added to the charm and character of the place. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city, and we’d happily stay here again.

I stayed at Hotel Corot for one night during my visit to Rome, and it worked well as a practical, budget-friendly option. The main reason I chose this hotel was its location, and it definitely delivers on that. It’s right next to Roma Termini, which makes it extremely convenient if you’re arriving late, leaving early, or using Rome as part of a wider itinerary. Having the main transport hub just a short walk away removes a lot of stress, especially with luggage. The hotel itself is fairly basic, but it was clean and comfortable, which is exactly what I needed for a one-night stay. The room had everything required for a short visit, and while it’s not modern or luxurious, it offers good value for money given the central location. Because I was only there for one night, I didn’t spend much time using any additional facilities, but for a quick stopover it did the job perfectly. The surrounding area also has plenty of places to eat and grab essentials, which adds to the convenience. I would recommend Hotel Corot for travellers looking for an affordable, no-frills hotel in a very central location. If your priority is convenience, cleanliness, and easy access to transport, it’s a solid choice for a short stay in Rome.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the train station. The building is quite old, but it is well-maintained and clean. Breakfast is provided. The elevator makes some noise, so it should be used with caution.

The hotel location is superb and staffs are friendly and helpful, the amenities also good and tbh better than expected. Would recommend!

Very close to Roma Termini, easy to to travel to and from Rome. The room was really nice and comfy, the shower it's a bit tight but nothing terrible. The staff is friendly, helpful and breakfast is amazing. I'd come back for sure!
