The hotel is quite good for its price range. It's located in a quiet area, and the room has everything you need: a refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, slippers, and clothes hangers. Cleaning was done daily. The bathroom had good shower pressure. The only downside is the poor placement of the air conditioner in the room. No matter how you adjust it, it still blows onto the bed, and turning it off completely is also not an option due to the heat. Perhaps the air conditioner is located differently in a double room; my room was a single. I'd also note the poor soundproofing, but I slept with earplugs and it didn't bother me. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The room was small but enough for two people. The hairdryer was very powerful, but you need to bring your own shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. There was a kettle outside, but the hot water looked strange, so we didn't drink it. It's a self-catering style accommodation, so I wouldn't recommend staying here late at night when you're exhausted. We were both incredibly tired and couldn't understand English, so it took us ages to get in. The next day, when we weren't so tired, we discovered the door was super easy to open! It's really close to the subway station! This place is truly perfect for tourists!

The hotel was old, but the staff were really nice. The breakfast was decent considering the price. The neighborhood and the hotel were nice but not within the walking distance from the sightseeing.

I stayed here for 5 days and the staff at the reception desk such as Fabio were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is about 20 mins walk from the Colosseum, which for me was ideal. The neighborhood is quiet, a short walk from San Giovanni subway station and has plenty of nice restaurants and cafes in close proximity. The rooms are on the small side but you get what you pay for. The breakfast for 6 euros is superb value too.

The location is really convenient, close to the subway station. It was my first time staying here, but it was easy to find and the staff explained everything clearly. The service staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Even though I did a lot of walking and was quite tired these past few days, the bed in my room was super comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also spotless, bright, and spacious. Thanks for a great stay! I hope to be back again soon.

The room itself is a bedroom and a shower, after leaving the room there is a kitchen where you can eat conveniently, there are many dishes, glasses, dining appliances. But the main thing - a magnificent and very operational service and Cornettoland on the way to the metro, the best coffee shop in the city and country! ❤️

The homestay is newly renovated, the quality of the materials is good, the facilities are complete, clean and beautiful. However, the homestay is unattended and the check-in procedure is very complicated. You need to open three door locks to check in: the unit door facing the street in the building, the entrance door to the homestay suite, and the room door allocated in the suite. Open the door of the unit where the homestay is located (first road) and the assigned room in the suite (third road) are all using ordinary keys. But to get the keys to these two doors, a third-party lock control company needs to send customers a second door via email, that is, the electronic lock of the suite door unlock password. The third-party door lock control company, ~ about an hour before the check-in time, sent the password to open the electronic door lock of the homestay suite through email. But even if you get the password for the second electronic door lock, if there is no other resident to help open the unit door, guests can't enter the first unit door and can't stay. Importantly, both homestays and third-party lock control companies send several emails to customers after booking, but the emails sent to them by customers are either unanswered or returned because there is nowhere to be sent. Therefore, the guests can't contact the other party at all, can't ask the details of the check-in process, and can't understand such a complicated self-check-in logic. The second problem is that the bathroom is too small. Although the sanitary ware is very new, the bathroom is only 60x60 cm large, and the fat person doesn't even have room to bow his head and lame. To be honest, I hope the store will improve the self-check-in process and the service is first!
