La proprietaria ha messo la struttura prenotabile con wonderbox, abbiamo telefonato per prenotare, dopo avergli comunicato del cofanetto ci ha detto che dovevamo pagare 80euro in più. Praticamente doppio pagamento delle camere, come non avere il cofanetto! Se dovete comportarvi così non mettetevi a disposizione come strutture su wonderbox, serietà pari a zero!!!

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in questa struttura. La padrona di casa è stata gentile e cordiale, ma la colazione era deludente con cornetti vecchi, pancarrè tostato, caffè con granuli. Il bagno presentava problemi di pulizia con calcare nel bidet, mancanza di supporti per prodotti e rubinetto del bidet rotto, sebbene funzionante per fortuna. Il cambio di asciugamani e panni per il bidet e le mani avveniva solo ogni tre giorni, risultando anormale per chi si lava quotidianamente. Inizialmente, il pagamento iniziale non è stato accettato, ma alla fine si è trovata una soluzione con un bonifico istantaneo. La posizione è buona, vicina alla metro e con fermate di autobus sotto il b&b.

Winner's hotel was very average, the location was okay but further away then listed on the ******* page. The room was very standard and the walls were peeling.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 7 au 9 octobre 2023 . Camélia ( l hotesse )est très gentille et parle très bien le français. L hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes du métro qui vous relie au centre de Rome . Je vous conseille de faire le Colisee Forum romain c est très beau . Le petit déjeuner était servi en chambre . Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres ! Vous avez pas mal de boutiques et restaurants ou vous pouvez déguster les pizzas, elles sont délicieuses. En bref bonne situation pour visiter Rome .Hôtel propre et calme . Merci Camélia pour ton accueil et ta gentillesse ❤️ Nous espérons revenir un jour ! Aurore et Gaetan , voyage en couple.

Premise: above our expectations. We were welcomed into a "kitchen" where the first impression was that of mess and dirt: dishes in the sink, breakfast toast scattered on the hob and the table where we sat for paperwork was dirty. The owner (Camellia) and her collaborator presented themselves very "plain", unprofessional. Room: - Cleaning 3/5 - Services: 2/5 - Breakfast 1/5 The bathroom was almost always full of water due to a leak caused by the sink. The breakfast is included in the price but bad: they ask what you want to eat but in the end the choice is very limited, simple brioche (frozen, hard), toasted bread, jam and juice. In short, almost sufficient service but generally valued above the actual data.

I really liked this place, very clean, organized and very nice. The staff who work there are too kind and always available, for any request, I am very happy that I found this place accessible and welcoming. With all certainties when to return to Rome I will stay again in this place.

The landlady managed to ruin our holiday after she blew up on us when we arrived after midnight. Even though she knew we arrived late and had put a key in the box at the street, she verbally attacked my daughter (17) believing she was me when the key was not there and she had to get out of bed. An other guest had by mistake taken our key but that did not make her stop the rage. Next day she did apologize but could not stop her self after a while and continued assaulting us. I have never been talked to this way and I don’t want anybody to experience her rant.

My mother and I stayed 4 nights at this establishment. The welcome was very warm. The host Camilia spoke French and gave us directions on places to visit. The guest house was well located; in a quiet area and close to the metro. However, despite the location and the kindness of the host, this establishment did not meet our expectations at all. To begin with, our room was poorly laid out, the bed (queen size) was far too small for two people. It was impossible for us to sleep because we couldn't move. In addition, the breakfast was not at all satisfactory (industrial and bad fruit juice, cold hot chocolate, not very good jams and very special couques). Finally, we couldn't adjust the air conditioning the way we wanted. We had a Wonderbox voucher for two nights but even with this the quality/price ratio was not great. In short, I do not recommend this guest house. Ps: if you go anyway, I already warn you that you will have to pay for your stay in cash.
