Hotels in Via Veneto, Rome

All the hotel staff were friendly and explained things in detail, and made me feel like I was at home. The location was good, but the view from my room wasn't that pretty, but it was a very satisfying experience and a great trip. I intend to stay there again on my next trip.

An experience that exceeded expectations. The hotel is in a fantastic location, offering a tranquil escape yet still close to the action. It's a peaceful spot, only a 20-minute walk to the scenic area. There are plenty of great restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. The sofa bed in the suite is large and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The hotel is brand new, and every detail is exquisitely done, from the Dyson hairdryer and curling iron to the steam iron and comfy slippers. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service.

This was my third stay at this hotel in each stay's was wonderful. Also the hotel is facilities is alway clean and ready with a smile to meet it guest. The staff is always wonderful courteous and very professional that’s why I return every year. I hope to see them next year thanks for a enjoyable trip. Mrs. G.

Very well located! Several buses pass nearby. I just thought there was little information about breakfast, which we tried to buy but couldn't find. Other than that: very good! The shared bathrooms may bother some travelers, but for us it wasn't a problem!

I highly recommend it to those who want to staycation~ The lobby was luxurious and clean, and the staff were friendly, but they made us wait a little early because we arrived a little early, so I felt a little disappointed with their customer service. Usually, if there is a room, they will let us go early... but I think it was because there was no room. I got tired of waiting, so I asked when the room would be available, and they looked flustered and let us in right away. It looked like they forgot. If you go without renting, it will be inconvenient to move around, so please keep that in mind, and the pool and private beach were really nice. If you go when you are tired of everyday life and want to relax without thinking about anything, I think you will be completely healed.

Great little hotel in a nice neighbourhood in Rome. Lots of restaurants nearby and friendly staff. We stayed here twice at the book ends of our 3 week adventure in Italy. If you have lots of luggage be sure to ask for a decent sized (superior) room. The only drawback was the showers being very small but water pressure was good. Although not super close to sightseeing locations Rome is very easy to walk around and this hotel was handy for our hire car pickup from Hertz in Rome. We would stay again.

I had bad experience with this hotel, never again. After my arrival I was told that most of the rooms don’t have closets, which I rejected, so the girls started looking for one that had it. Finally,  after going through several rooms they found one with so called closet, which was about 50 sm wide and the shelves were so high that I couldn’t even reach to the lowest one. To do so you have to be 2 meters tall. And all of that is without doors. Finally I lost so much time that I didn’t go out and stayed in the room. Safe deposit box is almost on the floor- I had to lay down on the floor to be able to use it. The phone charger next to the bed didn’t work, so I had to use one far away from the bed and talk standing upon completely opposite side of the room. Then next day the tea pot didn’t work, then the milk that they provided was sour and so on. And Whalen I asked to reimburse me part of the money, you offered me some tokens which equals $50 if I make other reservations through you, which I refused and said that I’m going to dispute the charges through my credit card. I didn’t do it yet, so you have a chance to do so before I call the card. My experience was horrible and I think that I deserve at least one night free. This is not a 4 star hotel. I travel a lot and can compare with other ones in Rome. Will be waiting for your response.

Smart check-in, room door key is a code lock, no need to bring the room card out of the street, very convenient. The location is not too good, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk from the city center, and the road back to the hotel at night is a bit dark, not too convenient. The overall hotel facilities are newer and the accommodation experience is acceptable.

Hello, I had to wait almost 40 minutes for check-in because the staff informed me that there was an issue with the credit card system. I had already explained that I could leave my credit card as a guarantee and proceed with the check-in first, as I had traveled a long distance and was very tired. I usually stay at W Hotels around the world and have never experienced such a long check-in delay before. If the system is slow or experiencing issues, the hotel should have better arrangements in place. I also noticed that other guests arriving after me were experiencing the same problem. This message is meant as constructive feedback to help improve the service, not as a complaint, as I believe your team is likely already aware of what happened on site.
