A treasure hotel in Rome, the location is very good and safe, next to the city government and bank, the room is very new and clean, the decoration is carefully designed, the details are very beautiful, the front desk has a variety of snacks and candies, the rest area is warm and tidy. The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The owner asked us which country we came from and patiently explained the routes of various attractions, restaurants, ice cream shops with translation software. The hostess sent us cupcakes and drinks. After check-in, we will introduce the use of room facilities in detail and tell us that the drinks in the minibar are all free and you can find them if you need them. And it is rare to have slippers, complete toiletries and a kettle in an Italian hotel. When we went out early the next morning, the hostess invited us to have coffee, because the driver was already waiting, and we thanked for the refusal. The mistress immediately returned to the room and handed us a beautiful paper pocket, and opened it after hurriedly getting in the car and saw that the five-stuff croissant, with salami intestines, ham, cheese, caramel, was moved to speak. I had a wonderful three days at the InterContinental Rome. Every afternoon, I enjoyed sipping Da Hong Pao tea on the balcony while gazing at the street view! The restaurant manager and the waiter from Bangladesh who attended Hunan University of Science and Technology for their undergraduate degree, as well as the lovely young lady at the front desk who studied in Suzhou, were particularly outstanding. It wasn't just their ability to speak Chinese that made them stand out; it was their genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home!

The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy area, 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. It is convenient to travel and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel design is very beautiful, and there is a terrace for viewing. The breakfast is rich in variety and there are slight changes every day. Mauro at the front desk is really warm and polite, making people feel warm. He also recommended many delicious restaurants and authentic food, which made us spend a wonderful holiday in Rome.

We have welcomed us very courteously , rooms are spacious , the bathroom is spacious as well as the shower , all rooms are very clean and ordered

The hotel is conveniently located, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The room had everything you could possibly need – from slippers to a needle and thread, which was a nice touch. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, always ready to help and solve any issues – that’s definitely a big plus. On the downside, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. I couldn’t upload a video, and it kept disconnecting frequently, which was quite frustrating.

The room is very good. The room we booked is relatively large. The hotel environment is very retro and has a strong European cultural atmosphere. There is no electric kettle in the room, so you need to prepare it yourself. There are many breakfast varieties, but no Chinese food. The hotel is in a great location. There is a subway 650 meters away, close to the US Embassy in Italy, and it feels very safe. The waiter has a very good attitude.
