Excellent service, staffs are very nice. Location is not very close to tourist attractions but near restaurants are good and with reasonable price.

A nice hotel at a reasonable price in a great location. We had a superior room which had plenty of space. The only down side was the heating is turn off for summer temperatures, even the towel rail in the bathroom. It was very cold and raining all the time we were there. Also, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom but there is free water in the fridge. My other negative comment is about the breakfast. The food is very good with a great selection but the coffee machine is useless! I had to stand waiting for various adjustment to it for at least 10 minutes. It did have a great selection of coffees but most people just want to get going in the morning.

We stayed here for our 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent within easy walking distance of the main attractions.

The room was very clean and a good size Was cleaned every day Staff were really friendly Breakfast was great with a good selection View from Restaurant/ breakfast room amazing. Not too far away from everything The only thing j would say let it down was the Restaurant evening meal Was average and over priced So would stay again in a heart beat but would not eat in the evening Use the Restaurant s accross the road

When we arrived at the hotel the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooftop garden was great a nice space for the end of the day. The room was clean but basic but got a great nights sleep.Great choice for breakfast! The hotel was a good walk from the main attractions so take a good pair of trainers! Beware of taxi drivers make sure they are on a meter ….. otherwise you will be robbed Would definitely recommend Rome and Marcella Royal😁

Stayed for 6 nights, there was nothing but first class service fom all the staff. We ate in the Roof Terrace a number of nights food was good. Location of the Hotel was exactly where we wanted to be to do our sight seeing. We had a great break and would not hestate to use again.

My daughter and I have just spent 4 nights in this truly beautiful hotel in a quiet area but only 20 minutes from the Trevi fountain. On arrival we were greeted by the most polite, courteous and friendly staff. Our room and the hotel are very clean. The staff are all very helpful and informative on all aspects of Rome. The views from the roof top restaurant are stunning. We had breakfast every morning there and the quality and array of food is extremely high.

Hotel is clean, and staff are helpful and accommodating. Good location for attractions. Short walk from Termini station. Lovely views from rooftop bar. Only feedback would be is some of the rooms haven’t yet been refurbished and some have. We asked to move rooms for this reason but staff very kindly agreed to move us so no complaints there. Rooftop bar is a little bit on the expensive side but I suppose that’s to be expected for a hotel. It’s worth it for the views! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend.
