Se non se una persona che ama la diversità ed uscire dagli standard delle camere è servizio, quest hotel non fa per te. La struttura è moderna e minimal. Le camere hanno un concetto moderno, esempio una porta scorrevole enorme , che divide tutta la stanza, tra letto e bagno. La doccia è enorme! Le camere pulitissime. La colazione molto buona. Ottimo anche il servizio della ragazza bionda che sta alla reception, attenta e sorridente. Bell hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Wonderful breakfast included in stay. Outstanding rooftop patio. Friendly staff.
Missed the five star mark with broken AC - awoke in sweat. Requested repair from overnight staff person who didn’t know how to fix. Also the controls for shower, blinds, thermostat were overly complicated and didn’t have any instructions. It would be helpful for guests to have printed instructions for non standard controls.

About a ten minute walk from everything basically, this hotel sits in a great Neighbourhood about 100m from the US embassy with plenty going on. About 10 min walk from Termini. Staff are great but not too many of them so run with minimal staff, lovely rooftop bar that was only open to residents, breakfast was good but the hot stuff wasn’t great. Room was a corner one with sort of shower room Suite which was unusual and room was well appointed. Bar is in reception but functional. All in all a great stay and would use again as reasonable enough and location great.

Hotel was a good location however a few things that could be better. WiFi wasn’t great, air conditioning was controlled by reception. On 2 occasions I had to ask for it to be turned on as room was far too hot.
Breakfast was good but gentleman running the dining room was rude and arrogant, particularly towards other members of staff. Also very dismissive at times to us when asking for items. Also sour smell in one of the rooms we had.

Das Hotel befindet sich zur Zeit offenbar in einem Notbetrieb. Es waren nur 2-3 Zimmer belegt, weshalb das Frühstücksbuffet entfiel und stattdessen Toast, Marmelade und abgepackte Fertigkuchen serviert wurden. Darüber hinaus ist die Rezeption am Nachmittag (von 11 - 18 Uhr) nicht besetzt und das Hotel verschlossen. Vor Rückkehr in das Hotel sollte man 30 Minuten vorher anrufen und sich ankündigen .. Der Aufzug war außer Betrieb. Von 4* kann hier keine Rede sein.. das war Hostel-Niveau. Auf Reklamationen hierzu ging das Hotel-Management nicht ein. Alles in allem, für diesen Preis (140€ pro Nacht), eine absolute Frechheit. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in zentraler Lage, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Angestellten sind freundlich.

We had a VERY hard time to find this hotel. The hotel is located inside an enclosed brick building and it’s really hard to tell from outside. Even we went inside the courtyard, there was no sign at all. The elevator to the hotel was hidden in the dark corner and no indication inside the elevator so we didn’t even know which floor we should push. We spent about 39 mins in the courtyard without anyone can help us. The tea kettle is never cleaned and has mold inside. The cabinet for ice maker has LOTS of dust and we were afraid to use it due to the cleanliness concern. The other areas are clean and nice. Front desk is very friendly. Overall, it’s not worth $300/night.
