Location-wise, the Hotel is really well situated. It's just a minute away from the Terminus. All the staff there were very forthcoming and willing to share with their ideas of how we could explore the city to its fullest. We had a morning meal and lunch there and found the food was of good quality. If the amenities in the restroom was more equipped, then the overall impression would further be upgraded. In short, I would recommend this Hotel to my friends and relatives if they looked for an ideally located and hospitable accomodation with moderate price. It's fun to be one of the guests there👍

The hotel is just a short walk from Roma Termini, which was very convenient for our departure the next day. Everything was spotless and well maintained.

The hotel is ideally located if you plan to use public transport, as it's right at the entrance to the Bologna metro station. The staff were very friendly, the beds comfortable, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. However, I do think it needs an update. I'm not talking about modern amenities, but rather basic things like the room door. Even though it's sturdy and heavy, it offers no soundproofing, so from 7 AM onwards, you can hear people leaving and entering their rooms. The breakfast was decent and fine; nothing extraordinary but it had the basics to suit all tastes.

This is a really great hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the daily housekeeping was very thorough. The best part is its location – it's just a minute's walk from the subway station, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a large supermarket right downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The only downside is that the bed was a bit small. Overall, it's highly recommended!

Hotel in total was good with friendly staff, clean room and cozy small yard to spend time in the evening. The main concern is the awful sound proofing in the room. We hardly have slept 2 nights because you can hear everything your neighbors are talking and doing in their rooms.

I really liked this hotel! Everything was clean, the furniture was new, and the beds and mattresses were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, and the housekeeper was exceptional! Breakfast was good, though coffee isn't self-serve; they bring it to you when you order. The area is quiet and safe. I especially appreciated the beautiful terrace and the overall well-maintained appearance of the hotel – it's clear they genuinely care about their guests.

This hotel is divided into two parts. The main building and the annex building are about three minutes away from each other. They are not together. There is a small garden in the main building that can sit and eat. There is no manager in the annex building, but there are many access control. Not a case, why can't I see any guests here, it seems that we only live. But on the first day, the main building was full of houses and lived in the annex building, which was a little scared. The next day we stayed in the room we liked, and the front desk staff can tell you a lot of information if you go to the consultation. However, when I came to Italy, I felt that the face was not particularly good, but I would do whatever it was for you. It was a big difference from France. Legendary enthusiasm, like to talk, humorous Italian I have never seen. . . .

The hotel was very clean, good hostmanship. The only downside was that I payed for a superior room to have a balcony like in the pictures (big and with chairs), and a bathtub just like in the pictures. My room had a balcony of not even two square meter, and we only had the shower and no bathtub. This was very dissapointed and false advertising, but for the rest the staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean, and closeby the metro station.

Located 100 meters from Tiburtina Railway Station, it is very convenient to go back to FCO Airport or to major attractions, trains, and subways. Apartment hotel, call to confirm check-in upon arrival, the hotel will gradually open each door, enter the room and get the key and you can come and go freely. It is convenient to eat and drink nearby, and the room you booked has a balcony. In the evening, the balcony is comfortable for smoking and drinking beer and enjoying the scenery!

You must speak English and it will be much more convenient to add the store WhatsApp in advance. So the check-in requirements (how to enter the door) the store will send information in advance. This is next to the boologna subway station and walk to Tiburtina for about 10 minutes. The restaurant downstairs is a bit noisy at night, and everything else is fine. There is a communal kitchen where you can drink coffee. I don't understand English and translate the check-in information in advance or I can successfully enter the door.
