Very convenient location, the metro is at the bottom of the hotel. Reception open 24/24 and very pleasant staff.

A nightmare! Worst welcome service ever received, it seems like we were bothering them.. Hotel inside a condominium of unique inconvenience. Dirty and neglected environments. Unspeakable breakfast. Noisy rooms, you can hear everything coming from everywhere from blowing your neighbor's nose (clearly) to everything that happens in the street as if you were sleeping on the sidewalk. Impossible to rest. The worst hotel ever visited. 3 stars but deserves 1

when reserved my room I chose pay at property and when I arrieved they already had charged my debit card which is complicated because I wanted to pay in cash.
Now I got back and found out that they made another charge to my credit card without explanation and I don´t know why.
Breakfast was bad, the only good was the coffee machine.
Hotel is really old but nice and clean and in a Metro station at the door.
If you can not stay downtown its a good place to stay but whatch out your credit card.

The location is excellent, the hotel is decent but the price was truly disproportionate. It must be said that all the facilities in Rome had impossible prices and at just under the amount paid for this 3-star hotel there was only a bunk bed in the dormitory to share so it is difficult to give a specific opinion.
