MMA1Very near St Peter’s Basilica, within walking distance. Interesting room layout. But the room type that we were staying in is more suitable for young people, not elderly as one will need to climb up. Bathroom is quite basic, but clean. Room is clean , with microwave and kettle. No TV/slippers/ tissue paper provided. Staff was very helpful. Our booking came with breakfast, they helped packed our breakfast. Breakfast was yummy.

MM7760****The hotel's facilities are great, the lobby is grand, and the location is convenient. The room was neat and clean. However, the front desk staff who checked me in had the worst attitude I encountered during my entire 20+ day trip through Europe. I'm very grateful for the patient and thoughtful service from Trip.com's customer support, which made me feel so warm and cared for while being in a foreign country.

GGuest UserAn Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Iiron****Our flight was unexpectedly rescheduled, so we opted to stay an extra night at this out-of-town hotel. They offer a complimentary swimming pool, and the room was quite spacious by European standards, although the bed was a little on the smaller side. Dining options in the vicinity were limited, so we simply ordered Chinese takeout. The hotel provides an airport shuttle bus, which I believe costs around 8 Euros per person. Given our very early departure, the hotel kindly arranged a taxi for us. It was 10 Euros per person to the airport, and the ride only took about ten minutes.

JJIAKANGImpressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean

__WeChat238390****The air conditioner didn't work, it was a bit hot! Everything else was perfect, on the same level as the newly renovated Hanting in China, but within 1,000, it is definitely a very cost-effective hotel in Rome. There is a gym on the 6th floor. You need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. It is very convenient to go directly to Piazza Venezia on Bus 60 at the door in 20 minutes. It is surrounded by embassies and consulates of various countries. Safety is absolutely the first priority

MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table. The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat. The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price. I look forward to returning again in the future.

AAnonymous UserTraveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

GGuest UserMy reservation was not taken into account even though I had a reservation email from the hotel. The receptionist clearly looked down on us instead of looking for a solution... it's a shame
