Amazing
FFROLENCE DEUSI had an amazing stay at The Rome Hello! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The service was excellent from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the train station, making it super easy to get around.
The place itself was spotless, easily one of the cleanest hostels I have ever stayed in. The atmosphere felt friendly and relaxed, perfect for meeting people or just unwinding after a day of exploring Rome. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are visiting Rome, I highly recommend staying here!

Great
GGuest UserFantastic stay at Villa Aurora rooms whilst I was in Rome.
My room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Fully functional air conditioning (rather than those temperamental units in other places) really was a joy to come back to during the heat of a Rome summer.
But so far, I've just commented on some features of the room, rather than my experience here.
What will endure in my memory as I look back was the warm, classically no-nonsense Italian hospitality I had from Donatella.
Throughout my time here, she made sure I was well looked after with room cleaning, bottled water, towels etc.
But I most appreciate her assistance in terms of local knowledge. Local knowledge such as a good seafood restaurant , ”Trattoria del pesce” just down the road (which happens to also be in the Michelin guide); such as to not miss out on the Baths of Caracalla; and perhaps more trivially, but arguably also essential, where to do my laundry!
Thank you so much for making my stay here such a pleasure Donatella, and for adding both a new Italian word and outlook to my vocabulary - ”tranquilo”.
GGuest UserThe environment is very good! Whether it is the surrounding or indoor!
And the staff are very nice!
And it is very comfortable and the space is large!

Very Good
CCameron J FosterWhat an amazing place, i finished my cycle ride from Canterbury -Rome on the francigena.
I’ve stayed in many hostel type accommodations but this one is more like a hotel, very clean, all amenities you could possibly need, 24hr front desk, laundromat, big beautiful relaxing private courtyard which i thought was super cool ,relaxing lounge, bar , restaurant with delicious tapas and other food, really nice buffet breakfast , its in the heart of rome, easy bus and train connections, 20 mins from main tourist spots.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was an issue for them.. bar and waiting staff really cheerful, all the staff were multi lingual.
I had an issue where i needed a bike bag from decathlon (only one in stock!)about 10km cycle ride away, the lovely woman at reception called them for me to make sure it was still there and to hold it back for me 🥰
I really can’t fault it, electronic entry, lovely big bunks, lovely shower and toilet in each room!
Very affordable when you consider the cost of other accommodation in such a location.
I will most definitely return on my next visit to Rome and highly recommend to travellers ❤️
Oolina5924The room was quite clean, and the location was good. However, there's no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and steep. We arrived late at night and had to self-check-in, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a lot of luggage – it's a real struggle. Other than that one flaw, everything else was great, and the staff were very warm and friendly.
JJIABINGThe hotel is much better than expected. Before I read the comments, I was worried. I found it was a superfluous room. The front desk was very good. The front desk was very good. The younger brother was also very enthusiastic to help me print the ticket. Don't worry about the Swiss converter. (Switzerland and Other plugs in the European Union are not the same.) It is really intimate to provide a conversion head for free! When we checked out, we also sent us two big pieces of chocolate. There is no need to worry about the location. Five minutes from the West Railway Station. I walked for up to ten minutes at the East Station. The scenery on this road is very beautiful. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, what is very convenient, very happy to live~

Very Good
GGuest UserThe place is clean, interesting, loacted at the very top of the building (no worries, there is a fancy elevator too). Staff is 24/7 and amazing, always ready to serve, empathetic and willing to help ad be friendly. Rooms are spacious and always clean and the location is at a good walking distance from the major city sight seeing as well. It is in a state district where all the buildings belong to state organs (such as mnistry of defence, presidetial residence, etc.), so the neighbourhood is clean and quiet at night. In a couple minute walk, you can get to a restaurant, supermarket, bar, bus or metro. I totally recommend!

NNatthenutterThis hotels location is great. It's near to everything.
I walked to the main tourist attractions.
The hotel room was great. I was expecting a single room, but I got a double, always a bonus.
The room is a little dated, but I quite liked that. It took me back to when I was a child going down the working man's club with my parents 🤣 keeping it retro , love it!
The room had everything I needed. It was clean and light (even had shutters and blacked out curtains, which made the room dark).
The staff were helpful & polite, which is all I ask for.
The only negatives were the tram line (which could be quite loud and rumble at times) & the hotel tax; they wanted it in cash/euros I didn't have any euros as I didn't think I'd need them, thinking I could pay with everything by card.
Other than that, a great stay in Rome.

GGuest User5 minutes from Rome Termini Train Station is a good hotel.
However, the facility is a little old and there is no lift so it is inconvenient to move.
But it is a good hotel to offset the shortcomings due to its good location and low prices.
The white owner was a bit unkind, and the Indian employee was kind in the morning.
