Our stay at the hotel was alright. I picked this one according to its location. It was really great - just 5 mins walk from the train station and you can easily get everywhere you want.
Everything was quite okay and as expected. Our room was small but had everything we needed in it. The only thing that disappointed me was the location of the room. It was just next to the reception. So we could hear even whispering from there and they could hear us too. The bed could be more comfortable. Everything else is fine and the staff is very good there.

Room was very small and the insulation was very poor as we could hear loud noise from outside. No soap was provided in the room. The breakfast provided is probably known as snack, only a small loaf of bread ( not even a crossiant as they quoted) and a cup of expresso with orange juice

Don't stay here! I have travelled a lot and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. Filthy, TV hardly ever worked, poor service, guest toilet paper is stacked in the hall, etc. etc. The hotel our travel agent had booked us into supposedly closed so they booked us into this dump. Extreme ripoff rates due to the Ryder Cup going on (we were not there for the golf) but we had no choice. Run the other way as fast as you can!

Absolutely terrible.
The only life form you see is the receptionist, but only when you hand over the keys.
Inside the room the minibar is empty, so I had to ask for a bottle of water and luckily at least they had that.
In the bathroom there was only the large towel, the other 2 pieces were missing.
To take a shower you have to ask to turn on the water heater otherwise you can take a nice cold shower.
Beyond this it offers no service, not even a coffee when you wake up in the morning.
For me this "hotel" would look better if it closed because in addition to the poor service, they leave the customer alone, if you have any unforeseen problems you can resolve it.
One thing for sure is that I will never go back there again.

Very old place hasn’t been updated. No ac. Very flat pillows. The washroom stank very bad. For the amount I paid to stay there not worth it at all. I would never stay there again. The only good thing about staying there was the location close to train station and near all the stuff for site seeing. Do not stay here. The smell is sooooo bad

Freezing room that only had one old heater that didn’t work properly, heating was only put on at certain times leaving the room ice cold. Mentioned to Receptionist who didn’t do anything about it. I and my son caught colds due to poor hygiene and temperature. The mattresses were stained and smelly and filthy duvets which stank heavily of smoke. Shower broken and inadequate hot water. heating .
I want a refund!!

I had booked for Monday evening but due to the last concert I arrived late so they didn't wait for me and since the concert was on all the hotels were full I had to sleep at the station. Thank you very much. Scandalous
