We stayed at hu Roma Camping in Town as a couple in a bungalow during the summer, and overall we really enjoyed the experience. The best part is definitely the territory itself – it's spacious, green, and has a relaxed holiday feel that you don't usually get in a city like Rome. The pool was a lifesaver after long, hot days of sightseeing, and we really appreciated having shops and cafes right on site so we didn't have to go far for basic needs . The reception was open 24/7 and the staff were genuinely helpful with all sorts of questions, which made things much easier. There's also a shuttle service to the Vatican and public transport options right outside, so getting into the centre of Rome was straightforward . The bungalow was basic but had everything we needed – air conditioning was a huge bonus during the summer heat. If I had to mention one minor thing, it's that the water in the shower was on the cooler side. To be honest though, with the hot weather we were having, we actually ended up seeing it as a plus – it was refreshing rather than a problem! The shared spaces were well-maintained. It was a bit far from the main attractions, but public transport options meant we didn't mind the distance. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with fine dining, this probably isn't it – but for a comfortable, affordable stay with good facilities and a relaxed vibe, we'd absolutely recommend it.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the location and the indoor pool for our little one. Breakfast is good, location is close to bus stops and main train station (Roma Termini) and hotel is relatively new. We were happy except for its soundproofing which we initially dont mind but we had a neighbor who knocked on our door very loudly and complained of our noise. We just went home after a long and tiring day, turned on the tv for few minutes while we shower, suddenly there was a loud knock on our door with a lady raising her voice because we were too loud. I have a child who’s not even that noisy, and our tv was only at a volume of 8. It was a normal noise. Our daughter was traumatized by her. So if you are too sensitive with noise, better not book here for your peace of mind. We could also hear neighbors showering, drying hair and moving chairs but we did not mind! We travel a lot and this is our first experience of someone complaining our noise. This ruined our experience. We informed the management and they advised us to move our rooms but the lady next door already left so we did not bother. Anyway overall, we are still contented with our stay.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than the official check-in time and were given our room without any issues, which was a positive start. Our stay had already been paid in advance, and the receptionist was able to find our reservation by name. However, he still asked us to pay €270 again, which we unfortunately paid due to the language barrier, even though we were only supposed to pay the city tax. Later, my boyfriend noticed the amount that had been charged and we went back to resolve the situation. The receptionist then acknowledged the mistake and refunded the money. Although he initially seemed a bit unpleasant, he later apologized. In the end, we only paid around €30 for the city tax. The room itself was okay, but we experienced problems with electricity – it kept going out, so only the bathroom light and one bedside lamp were working, which was quite inconvenient. The breakfast was good, and overall the hotel was not bad, but due to the unpleasant start and the issues with the room, I cannot give a higher rating.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. A very, very good hotel. Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.

We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel facilities were also very good, clean, and well organized. It was a great place to relax after spending the day exploring Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of comfortable rooms, good facilities, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily come back again on our next trip to Rome. The hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.

It was OK, the bedding and towels were still new, the location was good, there was a bus stop at the door, the overall feeling was good, but the mirror was facing the bed, which I couldn't accept. I was scared.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The ”mountain lodge” was actually just a series of small wooden cabins, each containing only a bed and basic bedding. The shared bathroom and toilet were a 100-meter walk away, and the reception desk was 200 meters away. Aside from a pizzeria and a T-bone steakhouse, there were no other shops nearby, requiring a 2-kilometer walk. Although the lodge offered one shuttle bus each morning and evening, getting around was extremely inconvenient unless you had your own car. When I arrived, a local Italian gentleman was dropping someone off. Thinking I was using a ride-hailing service and asking for a price, he simply asked my destination and took me there for free. I don't know how I would have gotten there without meeting him; I was incredibly grateful. I strongly advise against travelers staying at this lodge, as transportation and dining options are extremely inconvenient.
