Hotels in Termini Central Station, Rome

The location is good and overall the room is comfortable. However it shouldn’t named “hotel” but Airbnb without breakfast service. The clause of reception period must be highlighted coz it’s only 4hours services a day . My flight from Vienna have been delayed by 4 hours and tried to call few times, either it’s no answer or incorrect number. Eventually when I arrived the hotel .I need to find other room to stay . It was my first time in my life i am not able to check in my reserved “hotel”. Since I am a regular traveler. It was such a bad experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and very close to Termini Station. The staff are all incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of options. The breakfast staff, in particular, were wonderful; they'd ask if you wanted coffee and their cappuccinos were delicious. When they saw us carrying our luggage upstairs for breakfast, they were incredibly helpful when we left, carrying our bags down to the elevator, pressing the button for us, and politely saying goodbye. Disposable slippers are provided. The only downsides are that the hotel facilities are a bit dated, and they don't seem to provide a full box of tissues.

The elevator only goes to the 4th floor; if your room is on the 5th floor or higher, you'll need to climb the stairs (the hotel offers luggage handling service). The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly, but many guests still smoke, causing an unpleasant smell (this seems difficult for the hotel staff to control). At night, the soundproofing wasn't very good; I could faintly hear the TV or snoring from the next room 🤭. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it's suitable for solo travelers.

Daniel Manin Guesthouse was a great place to stay and conveniently close to the metro and buses.  The streetcar was a bit loud, but no problem with earplugs.  One of the reasons we booked was that there was a terrace advertised, but it was no longer accessible to guests of Daniel Manin.  At times, I received quick replies while my query about the terrace access was either missed until I messaged two more times over a couple of days.

The room was quite spacious, like a small suite. It had an electric kettle (which was broken and had to be replaced) and a capsule coffee machine (it leaked, but was still usable). The bathroom was too small, and the shower even smaller. The showerhead was poorly installed, making it awkward to stand comfortably. We stayed for four days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every morning – not a buffet, but a fixed set meal. It was enough to keep you from starving but certainly not filling: a few wilted leaves, a couple of cherry tomatoes, a fried egg, one or two tiny bacon slices, one slice of toast, one small piece of cake, a cup of coffee, a cup of juice, and a yogurt per person. What I really want to talk about is the front desk. We unfortunately encountered the most impatient woman mentioned in other reviews. It was as if we owed her money; she had a cold, impatient demeanor the entire time. My goodness, after so many trips to Europe, this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible front desk. If she dislikes her job so much, she should find a new one, rather than being angry all the time – it's bad for her health! 🧐 The following is my husband's comment; he insisted on adding a few words: 🧐 I am very surprised. I seem to owe money for this hotel. The staff, a lady, seems unhappy with this **** job. All the time of check-in, she was rather angry. Even if life isn't fair to this lady, you can't lose temper with clients. So far, I still think, why?

Excellent very nice

Hotel location 10/10!!! Pedestrian across the center, all not once)) next (in the same building and across the road) - cafes, restaurants, ice cream, market, pharmacy. 10 min is not in haste and metro. It is 10 min to the Vatican) perfect!  Breakfast is enough. Eggs, cheese, meat cuts, baking, fruit, muscles, milk, tea/coffee - no limits. And on order from the evening - cook cruisance for choice, with chocolate we liked. Number: Not modern, but clean, with water problems, no fai-fai I don't know (we have and without it all okay on e-sim was). Television is, but never turned on (not before it!) Water was taken on the market. Cleaned every day. Respeshen: The excellent manager of Georgia (hope not wrong). All told, told, attentive and hospitality! English all say, everything is available ).    Important! The safe is paid (5 euros a day), after the expulsion of the suitcase you can leave and walk - without problems!

Excellent very nice and clean, wonderful view, safe environment even late at night in the adjacent street.

They are renovating the place to improve everything, and they treated us very well.
