No human interaction. no service at all. couldn't send your bag to this hotel. Also they only send you check in instruction by 3PM the day you are suppose to check in, without any information from earlier booking. I tried calling from tokyo before my trip and they keep mention will send the email, which i receive only at 3PM. Wouldn't you be worried if you didn't get check in instruction on the day you are suppose to check in against the hotel that has no front desk ?????
