There is no luggage storage or tooth brushing amenities, so I felt like my stay would have been more comfortable if they had been provided.

There is no one at the front desk. If you can't check in, you can use the pad next to you to make a video call. If you can't communicate, there will be a ********* guy who will immediately ask you to speak Chinese. The okonomiyaki restaurant further ahead is delicious, and there is a yakiniku restaurant a little further ahead too. After washing the clothes, you can use the heating function in the shower room to dry them quickly. All in all, it’s good quality and cheap, and kids like it very much.

Within walking distance to shin osaka station. Delicious food eatery nearby.
The room lighting is a bit dark, laundry room has no light at all. There is no service personnel so if you don't need any human interaction it works fine, there is no luggage storage in the lobby unlike other Minn locations (Yamato is around the corner to ship your luggages to), use the lockers in train station. The wash basin is very low like kids height, for adults you will strain your back brushing teeth or washing face.

The location is very good and flat. It's close to Shin-Osaka Station. There's a family mart on the corner. It's just a little dusty. There's a terrace next to the road. It's normal. 8/10

The room is spacious , which enable me to open 2 to 3 suitcase at the same time. This is Good.
The location is good too. Though Shin-Osaka is a busy station, but the around area is quite quiet and relax.
Although No super big shopping mall nearby, but have some little boutique, medical drug store and quite a number of choices of food stalls in the station.
The overall hygiene i just rate it 2 stars cause is quite dusty in the ventilation area and there are stains in the cup. and the fridge is not function well, which i can't store the food probably. So i really cant cook in the kitchen.
For services part i rate it for 2 stars cause the don't have people in the counter, if you have any queries , let's say if you want one more pair of slippers, u have no one to ask.

It is about a 4-minute walk from the east exit of Shin-Osaka Station. It is more convenient to take the JR. If you want to take the underground clock, it will take more than 10 minutes.
The cleaning condition is average and dusty. Only the soles of children's socks will be black after walking and running.
Fully self-service Check-in & Check-out, no big problem.
More than 500 mosquitoes per night, the rooms are not too small, it is a good hotel. If the hygiene is improved, I will stay here again.
