air conditioner need to fix or services room very hot. when i ask for hairdryer the receptionist told me to wait for 2hours then lastly i got nothing from my waiting, no hairdryer no aircond fix. please give a good service next time.

Excellent, highly recommended! It comes with a pool and gym, right next to Durian Street, and only 2km from Jesselton Point. Simply fantastic!

This hotel is really great – very clean and spacious. It has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so it could technically sleep four people, though there were only two of us. The swimming pool is conveniently located on the 6th floor and accessible anytime. The washing machine works perfectly, and the air conditioning is very effective. Being a sea-view room, you can open the balcony door and see the ocean right there. The soundproofing is also excellent once you close the windows at night. At less than 800 RMB for three nights, it was a real bargain. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The only minor drawback is the lack of a permanent front desk; you can only contact them via email. However, once I added them on WeChat, communication became very convenient. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my friend, and the second time was with my younger sibling. I really like Hotel Paradise Suite because of its strategic location and the free amenities like Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel except for one thing, the mattress. It is too soft, which causes back pain and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If you look at the third picture, that is where I chose to sleep. After moving there, I was finally able to sleep better. No hate. I truly like this hotel. However, perhaps the management could consider upgrading the mattress to one that is of better quality and more comfortable.

This condominium exceeded my expectations in every way. The environment is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Security is excellent, making residents feel safe day and night. The facilities are modern and convenient, especially the swimming pool, gym, and parking area. I also love the friendly management staff who are always helpful and professional. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The atmosphere feels comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to live or invest in. Overall, this condo offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and quality living. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful home.

Cleaniness When enter the unit, have the after effect of smoking smell left by previous tenant. Fan was full of dust which haven’t been clean for a while. Location Easy access to lots of places. Get to view sunset for the unit. Service Was given the check in details including where to park, how to pick up the keys. When reached the mailbox the keys was not there. Reached out to the Careline and was given another unit in the other block. Travelling with families hence make it so inconvenient as need to managed kid and senior. Amenities Have convenience store downstairs. Get to grab some items for breakfast. Swimming pool was great with a nice view

I originally booked for 3 nights, and it was like opening a mystery box when I saw the guesthouse – I was really pleased with how clean and nice it was. So I extended my stay for another 2 nights! It's also super convenient for walking to Gaya Street, Durian Street, the island hopping jetty (KK), and the night market near Atlantic Hotel. If I had to pick a downside, it's that because it's so close to Kota Kinabalu Airport (only a 10-minute drive), accommodations around Gaya Street will have some airplane noise.

No lamp -The lights don't work properly, the main room has no lights, while the living room and dining room also don't have fully functioning lights. No TV- There was no TV to watch, when we informed the owner he said we could only watch YouTube, then we couldn't turn on the TV because the TV remote control had no battery. No wifi cannot use the password No garbage plastic No footwear towel No soap to wash dishes the password floor when we going n back the sistem said system lock n operation failed but i very confirm no touch a wrong password.and when owner change password also cannot to use n we waiting outside very long time 10 minute untill 20 minute waiting outside.very sad n tired about their system style while our bed was also not clean, there were some insects such as spiders and also a bad smell on the pillow, the blanket also had dirty spots.sorry we comment this hope the owner can upgrade their property business thank you.

Don't even look, just book it blindly! Someone was already waiting for me on the first floor before I arrived. There was background music as soon as I entered, the air conditioning was already set to the most comfortable temperature, and a walk to the window revealed a stunning sunset. There was also a huge table and mirror, along with a small makeup mirror – who could enjoy such perfect makeup conditions! I think the owner is a woman! The customer service staff were always quick to respond, and compared to the ones next door, they were gentler, more polite, and provided excellent emotional support! The washing machine has a dryer, and there's a refrigerator, microwave, and a kitchenette – everything you need. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. Don't even try the instant noodles; I completely gave up. But the lychee-flavored jelly was delicious! 😋 There's also a large wet market nearby, a 10-minute walk from Gaya Street. The building also has a swimming pool, which all guests can use, but I didn't go. Luggage storage is free. Someone was already waiting for me with my luggage as soon as I arrived at the hotel – a huge improvement compared to the other hotels where I had to wait for staff! The only downside is the motorcycles making a racket at night, but that's a common problem in this building and area, so there's not much you can do about it. If you're a light sleeper like me, you might want to consider other areas. However, the rooms do provide earplugs, which is a real effort 💪, but since I have sensitive ears, it's not a big deal. But the flaws don't detract from the overall experience. Since I've stumbled upon this, let me recommend a restaurant based on the pictures. It's incredibly delicious! I haven't told anyone, but you absolutely must try the fresh crab and shrimp. After so many days in Kota Kinabalu, I finally had a good meal! 🙂↕️

Corner lot unit, with veranda. 3 bedrooms with queen bed, one with a single bed. 2 toilets with water heater are super convenient for my friends and me. All rooms including living room equip with AC. Basic amenities for cooking. Thanks for the microwave & large fridge. Water dispenser is great, hot and cold water ready for drinks at any time. Easy access to the Imago Mall. Overall we had a great stay for a short reunion.
