Beautiful hotel. Will definitely book here again. The only problem is sometimes grab had a problem sending us back to this hotel due to confusing route.

The room was very clean. I'm very satisfied and really like this studio type room. Next time, I'll definitely rebook. It's suitable for newlyweds or couples looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The quiet atmosphere is perfect for destressing from work. Simply the best!

The room itself is nice, but there are several issues that significantly affected our stay. The blanket was quite thin, bed very low, and the location is difficult to find using Google Maps. What should have been a 10-minute drive took us around 40 minutes due to navigation issues, and the car park was also hard to locate. The lobby has water on floor, no cleaner and maintenance, my daughter slipped and fell when we arrived. The biggest concern was the lift. It is extremely slow, stops at every floor, and has poor ventilation. It took about 15 minutes just to go from level 36 to B3, which is unacceptable. Overall, due to these inconveniences, I would not return.

I had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

The room was very clean, and the online concierge was super friendly. Check-in was a breeze. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which was really convenient for shopping, and a night market street where we got to experience the most authentic local culture. It's about a 20-minute drive to the airport, and a taxi costs around 30MB, making it perfect for a layover.

Actually we booked for a 2 night stay, but our plan suddenly changed and we book an early 1 day from the actual check-in date. I contacted the homestay management and they told me to make a new booking for 1 night and from their end, they will combine my booking with the actual booking, so that i dont have to re-check-in and pay double deposit. The studio is super clean and the beds are super comfortable (it's like a zero pressure bed, where the other person won't feel your or his/her movement). Only need to add a microwave, then it will be a perfect stay.

Always stay here because price reasonable although getting there almost make you crazy. Goggle also cannot give you exactly the location. I still want and like to stay here because my family like to swim at the rooftop, also the scenery are marvellous from up there.

Very satisfied with this stay! The house is quiet and comfortable, the decoration is warm, and it feels like home. Although it is located in the city, the surrounding area is still very quiet, and the transportation and eating are very convenient. The landlord responded quickly and was very enthusiastic, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall very recommended, suitable for people who want to relax and rest in the city 😊

Extremely satisfied with my stay! They immediately gave me a room on a great floor with an amazing view. It was a thousand times better than my experience at the hotel next door later on. I'll definitely be back here again. The design-oriented room was vibrant and fully functional.

We only had one day, so we opted for a hotel near the airport for a one-night layover, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Hotel cleanliness: It was quite clean. Room size: The size was just right. My friends and their family stayed next door, and everyone thought it was pretty good. Amenities: There's a kids' play area and a pool. The children felt like they were on vacation checking into this hotel. It's not just a stopover; it's also a great option for a mini-getaway.
