Great location, very convenient for getting around. The place was clean, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend it! The price was also very reasonable, under 300 yuan a night. Truly great value for money, highly recommended.

The accommodation was very clean 🧹 and the environment was pleasant. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable. However, there are two areas that could be improved: The bed springs seem to be worn out, which made it uncomfortable to sleep and resulted in back discomfort. Additionally, the shower handle in the bathroom was loose and came off when turned. If these issues could be addressed, the overall experience would be much better.

The facilities are pretty good overall. It would be even better if there was a rug in the bathroom. Generally, the experience was great; it's a quiet environment, perfect for relaxation.

It is quite confusing to find the location when I pin ”Mossaz suite”. You need to find Empire City then it is easier to find the stay. The lift waiting is long and required a lot of patience 😐. The check-in and check-out is smooth and fast. When I arrived, there was a trash in front of the door and only have 1 towel. But then, I informed the receptionist, the action is fast to clean up and provide us the towel. The pool is big and good. Have a nice view also. Overall is good but appreciate if the lift issue can be improve 🫡

Good apartment overall 👍 Spacious and comfortable, and the host was very responsive throughout the stay. However, cleanliness could be improved — the bed felt a bit dusty/itchy which made it less comfortable to sleep. One downside was the deposit refund. It was promised to be returned within 12 hours (RM200), but I had to keep following up after that time passed. Only after multiple reminders did I receive the refund. Overall still a nice place, but hope the host can improve on cleanliness and be more punctual with refunds.

This was the best place near the KL international airport. The outside view was beautiful. Our host Malina was truly kind person, we came an hour early and she had no problem with us checking in early. Place was thoroughly cleaned. Even though we’ve been there only one day, me and my family had a great time. Glad to say that this place was infant friendly too. When we’ll come back to Malaysia, we will definitely book this place for a lot more day.

The cleanliness of the room were absolute trash, even got cockroaches running around in my room. I shouldve taken picture for every single cockroach i killed. Location wise, good to travel to KL but not too much if u wanna go eat mamak in the middle of the night The service were good but prob better if u smile a little. For ameneties, nothing to say much bout em but for those who travelling by car and your budget is pretty tight. I dont recommend this place since you gotta pay ur parking urself and its rm6 per day. Other then that, its perfect

Everything was good but only 1 guy at the front desk again making check in take some time. Did put a note to give me room near to lift but the other way round happen. Deposit of rm200 was too much and it will take 14 days to credit back to the credit card.

We only had one day, so we opted for a hotel near the airport for a one-night layover, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Hotel cleanliness: It was quite clean. Room size: The size was just right. My friends and their family stayed next door, and everyone thought it was pretty good. Amenities: There's a kids' play area and a pool. The children felt like they were on vacation checking into this hotel. It's not just a stopover; it's also a great option for a mini-getaway.
