Our stay at Shore Residences was really great. The place is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The location is also very convenient, especially if you want to go around the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Clean place, they allowed us to check in early which I appreciated. Was super tired and needed sleep, got a bit more rest unlike others that are strict with check ins at 2pm. They also have a fan in the room if you feel too cold with the AC.

i hope before mag check in ang guest all goods na po para convenient ang stay. Upon check aircon not working and basang basa yung bed :( but 4days stay still good parin naman siguro magdagdag lang po kayo ng staff since marami po kayong units para hindi mapabayaan ang maintenance and good stay ng mga guest.

The only thing that I don't like is the Wi-Fi Service no Signal.I don't like staying in a place with no WI -FI signal.When reaching the Support they can't do anything to serve with the WI-FI signal. One of the best mini stays I've ever been to. Easy to get to just Along LRT 2 Araneta Cubao Station. Booked 3 days 2 nights for only 3kphp (3 pax) room had shower heater, AC, tv, wifi and free pool access. Just need to follow rules. Front desk and guards were very helpful. 5⭐ for me will rebook next time. Thank you Aurora Escalade✨ Definitely worth the stay.

I booked it for my NCLEX and it is the perfect location for me. It was a short walk going to Trident Tower. Below the condo units it has supermarket, 7 11, mall, variety of restaurants that offers great food, Daiso, salons, and such! I ate sushi with an affordable price, ate pani puri that was delicious, they had pop up market during the weekend, ate healthy broccoli and mushroom stir fry with a tasty fermented mango juice, and some desserts. I really liked my stay there, no issues. They also have pool (lap and leisure), billiard, gym, walking/jogging area, and other amenities that we haven't been to actually. Also very nice lobby, connected to the Air Mall. About the unit, great unit with great bed and pillow. Good aircon, no issues. Love that there are desk, table, couch, kitchen sink, stove, microwave, washing machine, heated shower, tv with Netflix & YouTube, pullout bed, and cabinets. Very much will recommend to my friends and family. I might come back to one of Gemstones' units! Very good! Also affordable pricing compared to other Airbnb and hotels. I prefer this over the one that is well-known and also the closest stay for NCLEX takers, iykyk. Btw I dont have pics or vids of the unit butmit is what you see on their posts.

This hotel is more suited for Chinese guests. From the moment you enter the building to the room itself, from the walls to the products, everything is Chinese. Even the toothbrushes provided have Chinese characters printed on them, and all the air conditioners and TVs are domestic brands. Even the elevator lobby has two large Chinese characters, making you truly feel like you're in a building in China. The environment is decent; it looks quite spacious and bright, but many areas are a bit old and some spots aren't perfectly clean. There were mosquitoes and a couple of small flies in the room. It's very convenient to take a taxi to T1, making it suitable for layovers. The hotel lobby also offers free coffee, juice, and water.

First impression: the room is small for a studio type, but the space isn’t maximized with decent interior design. It looks like a very ordinary room with no sense of order, and it doesn’t give you a relaxing vibe or ambiance. They have a breaker for a washing machine, but there’s no washing machine there. That breaker also powers the outlet for the refrigerator. They’ll ask for a ₱3,000 deposit upon check-in and will refund it at check-out if everything is in working condition. The key card they issued didn’t work, so it was useless. You can’t get through the entrance without asking the guards to open the gate for you. I hope they improve the interior. There are a lot of cheap items they can buy from online shops.
