The location is perfect. The room was clean and tidy, just what I wanted. All my comments were taken into account. The information was sent the day before! The Wi-Fi worked wonderfully. It was quiet and comfortable. There was even a balcony! It was also warm in December. There were towels, plates, forks, and an ID in the room. But there was no stove. Perhaps it would have been better. There would have been no smell in the hallway; there was a microwave. Perhaps I had quiet neighbors, but I did not feel any discomfort. For this price, it's decent. I will definitely book this room in the future. Thank you!

I made a reservation because the price was cheap and the location was close to downtown. It was a studio-type room with a separate living room and bed, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I think it will be useful the next time I visit.

There was water leaking in the bathroom, and self check in and check in counter says check in information on the email but which is not helpful at all, need more information how to find the apartment building.

晚上很晚到機場，第二天要坐火車，選了這個離火車站近的公寓
在居民區，出租車停下入口進去左手邊門進去，晚上到了12點多了，邊上黑黑的...
有電梯，但是由於大樓的構造，也需要走個幾級樓梯，提着大行李有點不方便
reception晚上10點下班了，，航班晚上11點多才到，還好提前打電話跟reception溝通了，問了怎麼check in，説發訊息到我手機，一直沒收到，然後找了攜程管家，幫忙寫了郵件，公寓發來了大門密碼和c拿鑰匙流程，要不然黑黑的門沒密碼打不開要嚇死
衞生還行，樓下就有家restaurant 早餐挺好吃

The room was clean and fun. Location great. However the shower was cold on 3 out of 4 occasions and what upset me the most was when I told the hotel this they replied with a sad face emoji rather than apologise!

Apartamento cerca de la estación y a la vez del centro histórico. Algo pequeño pero ideal para dos o tres noches. Aunque está en una zona de mucho tráfico, está bien aislado y el ruido es leve.

The check-in guide is convenient, the environment is good, there is a terrace, the new house is general, the wireless network is good, the recommended big bed room, the supermarket is closed on weekends, but there is an Asian Vietnamese supermarket around it is also open on weekends.

The stay was great. The chck in counter located another building (hotel ovruc) which is 100m away. Surroundings are near to the lakes and the railway station. Walking distance to the strbske Pleso lake and others tatra.

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

GGuest UserMy stay was good but a little challengng. Everything started very smooth with all very clear information coming into my email. Unfortunately when i got to the apartment i was given wrong code to the box where was the key to the apartment. I spent nearly one hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone (apparently it was 24-7) but no luck ...and it was just before midnight! luckily i met some neighbours who forced the box and got me the key. Helpline called me only the next morning...if not for the neighbours i would be sleeping on the corridor or would have end up spending additional money changing hotel. Everything else was great - i would suggest paying a little more attention to the cleaning but i actually did enjoy this place - it had everything i needed, had some shops nearby, parks to run, tram station with easy access to the center - maybe 12-13 min on the tram to Warsaw Central

KkthérèseStayed two nights in a Classic Double Room with river view. Very clean, with a spacious shower and toilet room; bedroom is small but well designed with quality finishes. Kettle and tea provided in the room. Reception staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Nice indoor area with free tea/coffee and pleasant outdoor seating. Excellent location next to Elektrownia Powiśle, Copernicus Science Centre, cafés and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with great service.

VVeronica arThe hotel is located in a new residential areas so it has access to many shops, restaurants and services. it is also conveniently located on a main road leading to the central area. There's a tram right outside which takes to you to the Old Town in less than 20 minutes.
The hotel is modern and clean. The room was a on smaller size, but we didn't really need more space. It's set up as a serviced apartment so it has a small kitchen and cooking utensils, as well as an ironing board and iron.
Great pick for short or long term stay!

SS@mmyHotel is nice and has many facilities for business travelers or students especially with the meeting rooms. It can be a good bargain for long-term stay but for short stays, I would rather go for a classic hotel with bigger rooms and more comfortable bed/pillows.

Level rooms had an excellent location near Central railway station and provided a comfortable stay. Loved the kitchen with free coffee and tea of many varieties to enjoy with a takeaway breakfast.

The room is spacious and bright.
