I've stayed here many times. I've been to Poland countless times, and this is my third stay here. It's very smart, and the conference room downstairs is super convenient. It's really great! There are also games to play and a kitchen for cooking. It's pretty good.
The location is perfect. The room was clean and tidy, just what I wanted. All my comments were taken into account. The information was sent the day before! The Wi-Fi worked wonderfully. It was quiet and comfortable. There was even a balcony! It was also warm in December. There were towels, plates, forks, and an ID in the room. But there was no stove. Perhaps it would have been better. There would have been no smell in the hallway; there was a microwave. Perhaps I had quiet neighbors, but I did not feel any discomfort. For this price, it's decent. I will definitely book this room in the future. Thank you!
A deposit of 100 zodiacs is required. The environment is very good. There is a refrigerator. There is also a Chinese supermarket downstairs. You can buy frozen goods and freeze them in the hotel and take them back the next day. The sound insulation is not very good. I don't know what the neighbors are doing early in the morning. There is an induction cooker, but they don't give you pots and bowls.
Lovely location at CH30 ~ nice courtyard area. Well located to anything downtown, including old town being not about 2km walk away.
Feels secure with the gate being locked at night and the main door to each building also being a code entrance~ good for solo travellers.
A nice room with fridge/microwave /kettle and crockery / cutlery. Comfy bed.
Shared bathroom (only 2 rooms in each floor) was large and had hairdryer/washing up liquid and cloth to use.
Easy and quick communication when needed.
Good value for money ~

The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This apartment has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 200 guestrooms, featuring kitchenettes. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include desks and electric kettles.
Overall, the hotel was quite good. The location was excellent, and self-check-in was very convenient. It was clean throughout. One small suggestion: I would appreciate the addition of another toilet or a sink in the shower area.
Very nice and clean apartment. There is a kitchen-studio, separate bedroom, balcony. There is a washing machine, all dishes, hair dryer, iron. Very convenient location. Metro in 1 minute! The view from the window is very cool!! Near the house there is a whole alley of restaurants and shops! 2 huge shopping centers nearby. To the train station on foot 10 minutes. In general I liked everything, if I am in Poland again I will definitely book this apartment again.)
The hotel is located in a new residential areas so it has access to many shops, restaurants and services. it is also conveniently located on a main road leading to the central area. There's a tram right outside which takes to you to the Old Town in less than 20 minutes.
The hotel is modern and clean. The room was a on smaller size, but we didn't really need more space. It's set up as a serviced apartment so it has a small kitchen and cooking utensils, as well as an ironing board and iron.
Great pick for short or long term stay!
I received the key directly from the staff.
The room and bathroom were clean and easy to use.
However, there was no soundproofing, so I could hear the people in the next room.

GGuest UserI booked and read the reviews on google, it’s clear to see that Monica has worked hard to fix up the place,
the pros:
good location
Big kitchen with things to cook with
Laundry machine
Friendly door guy.
Close to metro,
The cons
Hard to contact Monica, but not impossible
The apartment is shared, you will have other people living next to you ( I had two families sharing two rooms.)
The door to the front needs to be pushed so hard I felt like I might break it.
Shared bathroom.
Also the shower handle is opposite to hot and cold
Overall it’s cheap and clean, I was happy especially after seeing how clean it was.
The key you get for the room also has a key to open the lobby. Just a fyi.
MM31795****Close to Warsaw Central Station, the traffic is very convenient, dining and shopping are also very convenient, it takes a few doors to stay, safe, sleep quietly at night, the landlord responds promptly, recommend staying
GGuest UserMy stay was good but a little challengng. Everything started very smooth with all very clear information coming into my email. Unfortunately when i got to the apartment i was given wrong code to the box where was the key to the apartment. I spent nearly one hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone (apparently it was 24-7) but no luck ...and it was just before midnight! luckily i met some neighbours who forced the box and got me the key. Helpline called me only the next morning...if not for the neighbours i would be sleeping on the corridor or would have end up spending additional money changing hotel. Everything else was great - i would suggest paying a little more attention to the cleaning but i actually did enjoy this place - it had everything i needed, had some shops nearby, parks to run, tram station with easy access to the center - maybe 12-13 min on the tram to Warsaw Central

MMikoMI’ve been to many countries and stayed in lots of hotels, hostels and rooms. But this one in Warsaw was the best! It’s very cozy, super clean, there’s a good smell and there are lots of facilities! You literally can find anything you need, starting with coffee or tea and ending with earplugs and a popcorn machine! I enjoyed playing PS4 in the evenings or just watching youtube lying in bed! The location is just perfect for me! There are lots of stores and bakeries around, and it’s about 15-20 min walk away from the city center. The metro station is 10 min of walk and the bus stop is just in front of the building!
Thank you for the experience and such a comfort, and I was really enjoying Warsaw!
GGuest UserReally nice hotel, clean and good location. You can walk to the old town 2 km surrounding with good restaurant. Even i stay in the smallest room type is also enough for 1 person and comfortable bed. They got lift but you have to carry your luggage and take a little step of stair.
KkthérèseStayed two nights in a Classic Double Room with river view. Very clean, with a spacious shower and toilet room; bedroom is small but well designed with quality finishes. Kettle and tea provided in the room. Reception staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Nice indoor area with free tea/coffee and pleasant outdoor seating. Excellent location next to Elektrownia Powiśle, Copernicus Science Centre, cafés and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with great service.
VVitalii ChiniakovStayed for two nights. Overall, a very good experience. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with a good selection of food, although they are available for an additional charge.
The location is also excellent — many attractions and important places are within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which could make staying here difficult during the summer period.
Other than that, everything was great and I would consider staying here again.
GGuest UserFacilities: It is a self-catering apartment with ok facilities.
Hygiene: The sanitation is OK. The toilet in the last room I stayed in always smelled of oil smoke. I don’t know if it was a pipe problem.
Environment: The surrounding environment is OK and the location is also good. Convenient transportation
Service: It’s OK, but I had to check out one day in advance and the room fee was not refunded. Be careful if you mind
