Hotel is nice and has many facilities for business travelers or students especially with the meeting rooms. It can be a good bargain for long-term stay but for short stays, I would rather go for a classic hotel with bigger rooms and more comfortable bed/pillows.

I was not happy with this hotel, there was no shampoo or hair conditioner in the room, or even a hair dryer as stated 😔
There was no restaurant in the depar**ent, we were left hungry!!!

A great place for remote work with the option of a room where you can have a business conversation in silence, there was also very good wifi in the room. The only drawback in my case was the location because unfortunately the taxi drivers did not know the place and it was difficult to order a taxi to get to the business meeting which took place near the Palace of Culture.
The service was super nice and helpful.
The room itself is also nice. The only reservation about the cleaning service was the omnipresent smell of tuna in the cupboards in the kitchenette in my room. I assume that the previous tenants ate it all the time, so it would be a good idea to remove the smell because it was unpleasant when you opened the cabinets.

Getting an apar**ent here is a very pleasurable experience. Staff is so kind and helpful. Location is cool, close to public transport and to the airport. The room is fully equipped with everything you need, especially a really comfortable bed.

The room is considered clean because it is a new building, everything is new. But there is no TV, no hair dryer, no refreshments.
If you cannot access your e-mail, you cannot receive a room key. It's actually nice, but it has its shortcomings.

Horrible experience ever, stuff are very rude and disrespectful, treated clients like a trash. They don’t help with anything, the room didn’t have any soap or shampoo, should have asked for a hair dryer, very poor service and unpleasant staff.

Super nice staff, friendly and helpful. The studio apar**ents only opened last week, so everything here is new and shiny.
Unfortunately, ******* made a booking error, which meant that check-in was delayed. So it's clear to me that I won't be booking through ******* any time soon.
But I will definitely book the accommodation again on my next stay in Poland.
All the staff I dealt with speak English and very well.
