The staff listened and they assured me but the relation management denied. Staff was so kind and also very helpfull. The lady on the desk Wictoria, and also another guy was very kind. I recommend hotel just because of staff. Otherwise not."

"We stayed at Hotel Lord in Warsaw for just one night. It’s a normal, good hotel with a great location - very close to Chopin Airport. Since we only arrived to sleep, we didn't get to fully experience all the services and amenities the hotel has to offer. Overall, everything was fine, but there was one noticeable downside: the pillows in the room were lumpy, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. If it weren't for this detail, the hotel would be absolutely perfect for a short stopover. Otherwise, it’s a perfectly decent transit option."
