5-Star Hotels in Warsaw

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The hotel overall seemed very impersonal and poorly designed. The service left a lot to be desired - the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or helpful. Our room card was blocked before 12pm and there was no water pressure in the shower. Only the location and the bed were very good. The rooms also didn't meet our expectations, which was a big disappointment. Both the greeting and the farewell were very unprofessional and cold. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

The staff were friendly. The food was good and my hotel room was clean. This hotel was very comfortable and I loved all the additions the room had... such as a heated floor in the bathroom. I am a bit concerned about my deposit being refunded as they could not give me a receipt but overall my stay was wonderful and I would do it again.

Great hotel as expected from the Raddison brand. The beds were comfortably soft and the room service was delicious as well. I would say the location was good if you want to visit the nightlife and historical sights in Warsaw.

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

Great boutique hotel located in a cool part of Warsaw. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Good location for getting access to local transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable with high quality soft goods and toiletries. Friendly staff with great recommendations and knowledge of the city. I would stay here again.
