DDaziyaIt is almost the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, there was no receptionist or security guard at the gate. I dragged my suitcase and luggage for a long way on the stone road and got to the room by myself. 2. There was only one person at the front desk, and the service attitude was average. When I met the hotel staff at night, I didn't say hello. 3. The elevator of the hotel is extremely shabby, not even as good as the elevator of a 2-star express hotel. 4. The public area of the hotel is simple and the gym facilities are very few. 5. I pressed the light to clean the room, but no one cleaned it. 6. The shower head cannot be moved to a higher height. 7. There are very few breakfast categories. 8. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together, which is very uncomfortable and not comfortable at all. The only advantage is that the location is not bad, but Warsaw itself is not big, and there are many hotels with good locations. I don't know how this hotel is marketed. It shouldn't even be counted as a five-star hotel. It is strongly not recommended.

My suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and cozy
Concierge / reception / bar staff , everyone was trying their best !
For Marriott bonvoy members they were soo reactive on the app messaging

The carpeting of the suite needs to be refurbished “it’s the time”
Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests.
Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day.
Solid hotel , I love it , just mentioning places where it could be improved.

GGuest122Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.

GGuest UserGreat boutique hotel located in a cool part of Warsaw. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Good location for getting access to local transportation.
The room was spacious and comfortable with high quality soft goods and toiletries. Friendly staff with great recommendations and knowledge of the city. I would stay here again.

Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

GGuest UserThe overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The spacious rooms, equipped with sofas and bathtubs, were very comfortable. The glass elevator was not only fast but also offered panoramic city views, creating a sense of expansiveness.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and excellent taste. In addition to a variety of yogurt desserts and fresh fruit, there were also freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and orange juice, which were healthy and energizing, making for a great start.
The sauna and fitness room on the third floor were perfect for relaxing, especially after a long journey.
The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips.
Overall, this is a highly recommended accommodation option.
