MMateusz DziubaBy accident, we booked the stay 1 month in advance. As we were unable to change the reservation in reception upon arrival, we booked another stay for the present day and paid for the room again. We asked the hotel for cancellation of the future stay via trip.com, but hget refused twice already. Other than that, the stay could be pleasant.

GGeza GermanIt's easy and accessible, ideal if you're in the old city centre, especially if you're coming by car. We parked in front of the accommodation and bought a ticket from the ticket machine. From 2 pm to the next morning it was 30 Zloty. The room was simple, ideal value for money for a night. Bed is comfortable. The room was clean. There are many local restaurants in the neighbourhood.

GGuest UserSelf checkin instructions were clear, the door handle for entering the passcode was a little annoying tho LOL. I booked the one with private bathroom and it is okay. Didn’t expect it to provide towels. WiFi is a bit weak. There is a kitchen and fridge and kettle in the public area. Luggage storage after check out was available. All is good. Will come back if I come to Warsaw again.

YYogesh KaliaIts a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

AAnonymous UserThe girls at the reception are so unfriendly. You won't ask them anything extra, which is very unusual. Usually even the worst hostel can be saved by great friendly staff.
Next. They gave me a walk-through room. That is, I deliberately chose a room with fewer beds to feel safe. But while I'm sleeping, strangers literally walk past me and my things🤡
I closed the door to the room several times, but each time it turned out to be unlocked.
I told the reception about this, they told me that ”no, the room is not a walk-through, but yes, there are 2 doors”. When I commented that someone was walking there all night, I only received indignation in the form of shaking my head🤡
The hostel has a common area near the reception area, but it is uncomfortable to be there. There is no kitchen. The bathroom and shower are separate for men, separately for women. The interior is depressing. Naked men with bellies are walking along the corridor🤡. The bed in the room is creaky. There is no air conditioning.
After my experience of staying in many hostels in Europe, this one turned out to be the worst🥸

GGuest UserFlat with 4 bedrooms. Has only one toilet & one shower cabin. Each of them - of 'kinder'-size. To wash face or to brush teeth - guests use kitchen basin. No TV sets. No smoke detectors - some guests break one of the basic rules, smoke inside! By the way, I had an impression that at least two rooms in the flat (and on the neighboring one as well) are occupied by refugees.
Another strange thing: it's not Gorskiego 5 - the street has different name!

DDavid 小山the price was good but they are unfortunately very difficult to reach as it took me over an hour just to get into my room and when I call they use an automated telephone service, thankfully some polish girl came out of a bar and found a way to help me, please fix your system for getting keys more efficiently and maybe have a real person answer the phone
