sarmed98We stayed at the Royal Tulip on January 1-2. To be fair, there are several positives about this hotel. The property itself is quite nice, the amenities are good, and we really enjoyed the wide assortment of food available.
Unfortunately, a major plumbing issue and poor customer service entirely ruined our experience. Throughout the night, the pipes in our room made a loud, persistent noise , it was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. The only temporary fix was for me to get out of bed and flush the toilet several times, which seemed to adjust the pipes for a short while before the noise started all over again.
We might have been more understanding if the staff had handled it well, but the front desk's reaction was incredibly disappointing. When we reported the issue, the staff member basically brushed us off with a dismissive ”yeah we'll check it out.” There was no apology or empathy, and it honestly felt like they either didn't care at all or already knew about the problem and just didn't want to deal with it.
A beautiful hotel and good food mean very little if you can't get a good night's sleep and the staff is indifferent to your experience. We left feeling frustrated and unfortunately won't be returning, on the same trip we stayed at Novotel also, and did not have these issues at all..

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very welcoming. There's a water dispenser by the elevator. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Across the road, there's a Carrefour and a large shopping mall, and you can even see the Palace of Science right from the hotel entrance.

Guest UserLocation: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

The location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

Great hotel, room very nice. Cleaning service brilliant and around all day if you’re in the room in the afternoon they’ll come back. Only thing they’re missing is bits like shower caps / travel toothbrushes in the room and small items like cotton buds or cotton pads like is available in most other hotels. Better if they had these items in the room rather than having to ask. Very attentive, nice hotel, wouldn’t facilitate early check in though unfortunately until 30 mins before 2pm, so beware if coming on an early flight

Natalya_KThis is a 3-star hotel not far from Chopin Airport. There's nothing extraordinary about it, but the rooms are clean, the breakfast is tasty, and the restaurant is open until 11:00 p.m.
There isn't much to do in the immediate area, but there's a large shopping mall about a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. The shuttle schedule is shown in the photo.
Overall, it's a good choice for an overnight stay before continuing your trip

Ju&LinThe stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
