The common area and the room were very cute and the balcony was attached.
The owner was very kind though he was not good at English.
Located in the center of the city, close to the bus stop, convenient location.
There was a problem with the facilities because the toilet and shower were broken.
The walls were thin and the outside was quiet, but I could hear the voice next to me.

We enjoyed our stay and definitely loved the room - spacious, aesthetically pleasing and very clean.
The hotel allowed us to park on the street in front, and also had ample parking in a backlot behind it.
Breakfast was at another hotel (Hotel Gega) just a minute's walk , as the main restaurant in Hotel Plaza is not ready yet.
Overall, very satisfying trip to Berat!! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Staying in this small city for one night, choosing this hotel is an accurate choice. Check in in the afternoon and you can enter the castle next door to watch the sunset and dusk. Then fall asleep in the extreme tranquility after dinner at the hotel, enjoy a rich meal in the morning, and then check out. After visiting the city of thousands of windows down the mountain, leave the city. If you come upside down and live at night, all the inconveniences will be lost and the dusk scenery on the top of the mountain will be missed. The only thing to be reminded is that take a taxi to the hotel, the slope that has no end to the hotel, if you walk, you will be tired.

Service was definitely the highlight at Gega Hotel. The staff were fantastic and really friendly. Our room was ok, but it looked different from the photos and description. There was no fridge, but when I pointed this out, the staff provided one. We did have issues with the aircon, though, which couldn't be fixed. However, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved our room at Hotel Colombo. It was spacious. The hotel is viewable from most of the city areas. We were sad that the spa wasn’t open during the month we were there but we would visit again! The staff were lovely!

You can stay in a room of a historic building. It's expensive, so access is quite hard, but the view is great. The owner's personality is the best. Everything is clean and old, but the air conditioner is well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant is also delicious and reasonable. The parking lot was managed to stop on the free street.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. We were able to use the free parking and walk everywhere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop was enjoyable. However, it was a pity that the bathroom wasn't up-to-date and lacked a curtain, causing the room to get very bright early in the morning. Despite these minor points, we had a superb mountain view. Otherwise, everything else was great. The hotel's location just below the old town is truly perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Onufri for two nights, and I can't recommend it enough! I booked at the last minute and chose this property for its convenient location and beautiful surroundings, and I was not disappointed. The building itself is stunning, perfectly situated in the charming old town of Beret. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful landlord, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was provided and was quite enjoyable, adding to the overall experience. My room was spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean. The only minor downside was the lack of a hook to hang my clothes and towel in the bathroom. I hope the owner can address this small issue, as everything else was perfect. Overall, Onufri is an excellent property in Beret, especially for the price I paid. I look forward to returning in the future!

This might be my favourite place in Albania to sleep. The staff were great, the free breakfast was huge. So good. The view is stunning. A castle in your back yard. Private parking. The room was perfect. Sit on the roof top for breakfast. Absolutely amazing.

This hotel is absolute gem. A family run hotel and everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is so easy into the old city and the castle. The rooms are very quaint, comfortable and very rustic in feeling with a lot of effort out into small details. The breakfast was amazing full of local delicacies and products made proudly by the owners. Definitely a place to stay when you visit Berat 👍
